CChenglanFacilities: Quite comprehensive! It's rare to find hotels in Europe that proactively provide disposable toiletries, and there were even disposable slippers—the mini-bar drinks were free, and the refrigerator was quite large! ✌🏻 Cleanliness: Visibly clean, and meticulously cleaned daily! (One day I returned to the hotel and happened to see a staff member cleaning; she even wiped the bathroom door…) Environment: Beautiful!!! The decor and outdoor scenery are lovely; I loved enjoying the breeze on the small balcony. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly, and their English was super fluent, haha, very easy to understand! Before leaving, I asked reception to help print my boarding pass, and they readily agreed. Thumbs up! 🫶🏻

NNitinyadavI recently stayed at Shangri-La Paris and had a mixed experience. I had specifically paid for a room with a view, but unfortunately, for the first two days, I didn’t get the room I had booked, which was disappointing—especially considering the high standards expected from a luxury hotel like this. However, after raising the issue, the hotel finally provided me with the correct room. The next two days were much better, and I must say the view was absolutely breathtaking—definitely worth the wait. The iconic sights of Paris from the room were truly unforgettable, making the experience feel special. Overall, while the initial inconvenience was frustrating, the hotel did make up for it in the end with the stunning view I had originally hoped for. I’d recommend double-checking your room upon arrival, but once everything is sorted, the experience can be magical.

GGuest UserThe room is neither too big nor too small, and the TV uses B&O, so there is no need to worry about other things such as lighting control, decoration and furniture, etc. The most important thing is that the front desk, restaurant, and floor waiters are all very enthusiastic and professional.

GGuest UserI liked the hotel, the staff is very nice! They speak English very well! The rooms are clean, there is good water pressure, it is warm, there are radiators. Good cosmetics (shampoo, etc.) The breakfast at first seemed small, but it is so delicious! Everything there is very tasty! I recommend it! And also the location of the hotel! Perfect! I will come back

Oold cloudMy experience with The Peninsula Paris can be summed up in two words: a big, expensive place that bullies customers! While I didn't encounter any major issues during my five-night stay, some details didn't live up to the Peninsula brand's reputation and were far from my previous experience at The Peninsula in Tokyo. First, on my check-in day, I went to the front desk at 3:30 PM and was told my room was still being serviced and would take another 20 minutes. I understood, but the hotel didn't ask for any assistance, and I had to find a table at the bar and wait. The service took significantly longer than 20 minutes. Second, on the second day, after the room was serviced, the water wasn't replenished; we had to ask for it at the front desk. Third, starting on the third day, the restaurant was closed for an event. Not only did the hotel fail to notify guests, but the sign outside the restaurant didn't indicate where to find an alternative meal (my room included breakfast). We only learned this after we inquired at the front desk. Fourth, one evening, returning from a walk, I was stopped by the doorman, probably holding a beer I'd bought along the way, and asked if I was a guest. Furthermore, the staff's attention to personal belongings in the bathroom was not up to par with what you'd expect from a hotel of The Peninsula's caliber. When I checked out, the front desk asked about my stay as a matter of routine. I made it clear I wasn't satisfied, but they completely ignored me. A hotel as big as the Peninsula naturally wouldn't care about my opinion. All I can do is to say I definitely won't stay at the Peninsula Paris again next time I'm in Paris. (I only found one photo, of the cocktails I had at the bar while waiting for my room to be made up. It was quite good.)

GGuest UserThe decor is tastefully classic and opulent. The rooms are quite spacious and well-equipped. The absolute highlight is its superb location, being very close to the Champs-Élysées! The white-haired gentleman in charge was exceptionally friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised that the breakfast staff could speak Chinese. There's also a supermarket conveniently located within a 5-minute walk.

RRyan Xing CunThe experience staying at Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe was remarkable. From the service (at the reception, bellboy, room service staff) to the room itself, the quality was just top-notch. Felt welcoming every single time I returned to rest after the end of each day, and even during checking out, the staff left a good impression. Will be back to stay at this hotel!

GGuest UserDuring the stay, I felt very good. The hotel is very close to the Osai Museum and the Louvre. There are many restaurants around. During the stay, I caught up with the opening of the Olympics. The hotel also sent champagne, Olympic mascot, flower palace perfume, thank you very much.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good. Although the room is not big, the facilities are very complete. The front desk is very nice. They also provided us with umbrellas on rainy days. The location is convenient. It is only two or three minutes' walk from the bus and subway station. And it is very safe! I will stay in this hotel again when I come to Paris next time. I like this feeling so much. 🇨🇳 uu can rest assured to stay here. It is very safe The hotel is very good. Although the room is not big, the facilities are very complete. The front desk is very nice.
