GGuest UserI’m not sure if Paris is just expensive in general, but… this place doesn’t really feel like a 5-star hotel. There’s a musty, almost moldy smell in the room, and the water pressure is so low that it took me forever to take a shower. 😩 But then again, the last 5-star hotel I stayed at didn’t even have hot water, so… I guess low water pressure is something I can live with. They did upgrade my room, but honestly… aside from being bigger, there’s not much to like. Since it’s just the two of us, we don’t really need a larger room anyway. The whole place — from the room itself to the building and even the elevator — feels old and a bit unpleasant. For a 5-star hotel, it’s really disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it. There’s an InterContinental right across the street, and the staff there actually greeted guests properly. It was around the same price, and honestly, I wish I had stayed there instead. The staff here are very kind, but apart from that, I have to be honest about what really matters to me. I do appreciate the room upgrade, but truely the hotel facilities are disappointing.

GGuest UserFirst, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep. The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with). The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly. The spa was too cold to enjoy. I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.

CChelseamamadefenxiangThe location is very good. The service is also very good. You can walk anywhere without getting tired. The problem is that it is very safe. The surrounding environment is very clean. You can also walk to the supermarket. It is not far away. I traveled with my family. The design is beautiful. Interesting and tasteful. It is worth recommending.

CCiqingdaHygiene: Very good, nothing wrong. Environment: There is a balcony, but no view. Service: So-so, there is only one person in the restaurant and the front desk, it feels understaffed. The quality of food and beverage is OK. Facilities: The decoration style is not bad, the shower water pressure is good. But the room is still very small, and the aisles on both sides of the bed take up a lot of space, so the luggage can't be placed, so the two luggages are barely put down at the end of the bed. The lighting control is also a bit messy. Note that there is no bedside table, and the room type I was assigned does not have a table and chair in the bedside area, which is different from the reference picture.

GGuest UserThe hotel service is very good. The front desk also sent me to the door of the room. The breakfast is also good. The disadvantage is that the city tax is a bit expensive.

GGuest UserThe surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful, the park is nearby, and the Paris football museum and club are near. The room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is very good. It is a good choice for tourism and business trips. It is 20-30 minutes' drive from downtown attractions such as the Arc de Triomphe, which is very convenient.

XXigeAlbertThis stay was very pleasant, lucky to be upgraded to a top floor suite, the experience is perfect! The bedding is made of high linen material, the touch is delicate, and the quality of sleep is excellent. The hotel service is thoughtful and meticulous, and the staff is warm and professional, which makes people feel intimate. Excellent location, walking distance to Galeries Lafayette and Paris Spring, shopping is extremely convenient; Paris Opera is also nearby, with a strong cultural atmosphere. Whether it is hardware facilities or soft services, it is impeccable and highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, just in the alley next to the Champs-Elysées, and it takes 10 minutes to walk to the Arc de Triomphe. The room is relatively large, and the bathroom is also large. Although it has a long history, it is well maintained. The elevator feels very good, and you can also walk to the Eiffel Tower in about half an hour. The price is a bit expensive, probably because of holidays.

DDanThenWe had a truly wonderful family stay at Majestic Hotel & Spa – Champs-Élysées, and it made our time in Paris even more special. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and very accommodating, especially towards our family, which made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The hospitality was genuine and thoughtful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space for the whole family after a day of exploring Paris. Cleanliness was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions—perfect for a family trip. The spa and hotel facilities added to the experience, allowing us to unwind and enjoy quality family time in a peaceful setting. Overall, Majestic Hotel & Spa is an excellent choice for families visiting Paris, offering comfort, great service, and a prime location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

AAnonymous UserHotel front desk and concierge is very friendly and helpful . Staffs in the lounge bar and restaurant are very warm and friendly too. Room is very big in Paris standard. Room design is tasteful, graceful yet modern. The only thing annoyed me very much is that the housekeepers are very rude. Everything else seems fine, except the controlling pad surface is a bit dusty. I lived there for 3 nights, everyday there are someone coming to my room without knocking the door or telling me who that is. First day I was quite shocked, I thought it was my problem because I didn't turn on the 'Do not disturb' light. That's fine. The second day, I had the 'Do not disturb' light on, someone(housekeeper) still opened my door without knocking the door or telling me who that is. That was very awkward. I feel no privacy in the room as someone could just come into your room without any notice . That annoyed me very much. I mean, what is the point of 'Do not disturb' button ??!! Later I turned off the 'Do not disturb' light and turned on 'Please make up room' light. I went out of the room and saw the housekeeper in the there. I kindly asked her could she make up my room for me. She seems unhappy and told me that It is too late and she is off already . Come on, it was only 4pm, and I am going to stay there another night. I came back after one hour , saw the ' Please make up room' light still on, so I didn't expect my room was made. Luckily someone cleaned my room but didn't turned off the light. Then it was the 3rd day, I had the late check out till 3pm and I had the 'Do not disturb' light on. You know what happened? The housekeeper opened my door without any notice again while I was in the room and said DO NOT DISTURB. It was obvious light color and I am really annoyed by that. If it happened once , ok. But everyday for 3 consecutive days ???! All the other staffs are fine but I do think it lacks housekeeping training. It ruined all the privacy and trust etc. If it is only for the room, and concierge etc I like it. The housekeeping is terrible and disappointing.
