GGuest UserFirst, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep. The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with). The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly. The spa was too cold to enjoy. I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.

TTravelbudbudThe hotel is located about 6 minutes away from the metro. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Staff is welcoming and helpful too. But the breakfast is not as good as what people commented online, very limited options, and the mushrooms were not washed properly and got sand in it. Washroom and bathroom are separated, which is a bit inconvenient. In the bathroom at the wash basin, there is a small platform on top of the basin, so when you wash your face, you can't get close to the basin and water splash everywhere.

XXinyouqingquanA highly recommended boutique hotel, not a typical tour group stop. Located in a quiet but not remote neighborhood, surrounded by many small shops, restaurants, and cafes. It has a great artistic atmosphere, a refined and upscale breakfast, and a beautiful little swimming pool. The courtyard is cleverly utilized and has a lovely ambiance. If it weren't fully booked for the next day, I would have loved to extend my stay. Excellent value for money!

The bar counter lady and guy was very nice . Room: clean. Average size . Slipper got from house keeping . No sign on dental kit. But I got my own . Housekeeping team was efficient .but they not fluent in English. But they are awsome . Room AC was weak. I ask for fan and they brought me 1. Mini bar with only 1 bottle for 2 pax. Can be improved . Feedback: call 1 time due to ahower pressure waa weak. No response . The ahower water pressure is weaker than my pee. Showering was not comfortable for me and wife . CCiqingdaHygiene: Very good, nothing wrong. Environment: There is a balcony, but no view. Service: So-so, there is only one person in the restaurant and the front desk, it feels understaffed. The quality of food and beverage is OK. Facilities: The decoration style is not bad, the shower water pressure is good. But the room is still very small, and the aisles on both sides of the bed take up a lot of space, so the luggage can't be placed, so the two luggages are barely put down at the end of the bed. The lighting control is also a bit messy. Note that there is no bedside table, and the room type I was assigned does not have a table and chair in the bedside area, which is different from the reference picture.

SStuart22The Pullman Bercy is ideal if you want a relaxed, modern hotel in an extremely safe and accessible neighbourhood. Great for those who value comfort and luxury. + Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport). M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins. + Cleanliness: The room, including water and towels, was refreshed daily. + Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. - The TV did not have chromecast or similar wifi-streaming features available.

GGuest UserI stayed here for a couple of nights from the 7th to the 9th of August. During my first night stay, I had a very unpleasant experience with the night receptionist. I returned to the hotel after watching an Olympic table tennis match that finished at around midnight. After showering and washing my hair I found out that the hair dryer didn't work so I phoned the reception to ask for help. The receptionist told me that there was nothing he could do as housekeeping was closed. I told him that I couldn't go to bed with wet hair but he repeatedly refused to help. After a long argument with him on the phone he eventually came up to my room. On entering my room, his manner was aggressive and he was more interested in scolding me than trying to fix the hair dryer. It wasn't until I told him that I would demand a full refund of my room rates before he fixed the problem. The lengthy and frustrating process of dealing with this guy kept me up until 2am. The following day, I filed a complaint with the manager who promised he would investigate the matter. The way I was treated by this night time receptionist makes me feel that there was an element of race and gender discrimination as I am an Asian woman. I'd like to think this was a bad showing by one individual staff rather than the general service level of the hotel. The other staff of the hotel seemed friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserThe hotel and the room were both exceptional, and the location was highly convenient. The metro station was nearby, and the Champs Élysées was only a 10 minute walk away, with other major tourist attractions accessible within 30 minutes via the metro. However, one drawback of our stay was the hotel staff. We only encountered one particularly kind and accommodating staff member, whose name we, unfortunately, forgot to ask. He was truly outstanding and made our experience more pleasant. In contrast, the majority of the staff were quite condescending. We observed that French speaking guests received excellent service, whereas we, as English speaking guests, did not receive the same level of attentiveness or assistance. It was evident that the staff did not extend the same level of respect to English speakers. Despite this, we remained courteous, expressed our gratitude for their service, and bid them farewell. Regrettably, we will not be returning to this hotel, but we sincerely hope they reconsider their approach toward non French speaking guests.

CCHOONG BBMy stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was a terrible, pervasive odor in the room, so unpleasant that I had to go out and buy an air freshener myself. The smell was ingrained in everything: the curtains, lamps, and furniture, and it was strong enough to wake me up during the night. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and at times rude, making the experience even worse. While the breakfast offered some variety, it is supposed to start at 7 a.m., but it often opened much later, leaving guests waiting for about 15 minutes. The location is good, but the rest of the amenities do not meet basic expectations. The Wi-Fi does not works unless you pay extra for a faster connection. Room cleaning is not included either — it also requires an additional fee. The bathtub is unusually high and slanted, making it very uncomfortable and unsafe to use. The air conditioning functions poorly, there is no ventilation at all, and the windows cannot be opened, which makes the stay truly unpleasant. Overall, this hotel does not deliver the level of service or comfort that guests should expect. I would not recommend it.

DDanThenWe had a truly wonderful family stay at Majestic Hotel & Spa – Champs-Élysées, and it made our time in Paris even more special. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and very accommodating, especially towards our family, which made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The hospitality was genuine and thoughtful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space for the whole family after a day of exploring Paris. Cleanliness was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions—perfect for a family trip. The spa and hotel facilities added to the experience, allowing us to unwind and enjoy quality family time in a peaceful setting. Overall, Majestic Hotel & Spa is an excellent choice for families visiting Paris, offering comfort, great service, and a prime location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.
