"It's a bit far from the city. You need to take the subway for 10 minutes. It's also a bit far from the subway station, but the bed is very comfortable. The frozen foie gras appetizer is so delicious😋 I will go there next time to eat the top foie gras I have ever eaten in Paris."

"There were stains on the bath towels, hair on the pillow, and lots of dust on the floor.
It said there was a shared kitchen, but I was told there wasn't one. Therefore, I couldn't use the refrigerator or electric kettle, making meals extremely difficult.
I thought I was smelling a strange smell coming from somewhere, and it was the red cloth draped over the futon at my feet...
At night, I could hear the people next door talking, the toilet, and even doors opening and closing.
The TV worked, but there was so much static that it was impossible to watch.
Do you really need four pillows in a single room?
I always leave my room key at the front desk, but security is lax, and it feels like they don't check who's in which room."

"The hotel needs to install air conditioning or at least fans. The temperatures while we were there were 33, 37, 32, 30 degrees. They had no amenities to cope with the heat except an apology. We were told to leave the windows open over night but with over night lows of 29 degrees starting at 3pm it was too much. We had the top floor apartment with the heat from the roof coning through the ceiling. I could never go back to this hotel."

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at the Bloom House Hotel. As a new and popular hotel, it had a great atmosphere. The major advantage is its proximity to Nord Station, making travel very convenient. While the location isn't the most ideal for shopping or sightseeing on foot, we absolutely loved exploring Paris by bike, which was a fantastic way to see the city. It served as a good base for our trip, and we had a pleasant time.

AAvelineI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris.
First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller.
Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright.
Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one.
I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

GGuest UserThe area around the Eiffel Tower in Paris is truly a fantastic location for travelers. To the west, you have the Seine River, and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. Major tourist attractions are also easily accessible on foot or by metro. It was especially special to be able to stroll and see the Tower during the day, and then watch the light show directly from there at night.

My recent stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression.
The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. GGuest UserI set the balcony room double room clean location is good but no sound, the room is very close between the rooms, when cleaning the room, the equipment in the room is not prepared, the feeling is very bad, when using this for a while, there is no shower gel in the bathroom. The double room has a towel, a bottle of water, and 2 paper towels are gone. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes and does not buy them (at least provide customers with choices)

I was a bit anxious beforehand since it was a trip with just me and my two daughters in a completely new country and city—but everything turned out perfectly!
The daily breakfast was absolutely delicious and gave us a fresh, energetic start every morning. The hotel is conveniently located near three subway stations, making it easy to get to and from the airport and the Eurostar station—no need for taxis at all.

BBee NordinLocation wise is good with easy access to public transportation - metro station and bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Few halal outlets around the hotel area and Monoprix (a supermarket) is just next building. If you stay longer, there's morning market on Wednesday and Saturday which offer a quintessential local experience for fresh produce, cheeses, and artisanal goods.
Facilities provided is okay and comfortable. i have no complaint.

The bath tub is not inside the toilet , it is just opposite to the bed . Water splashed on the floor while you are showering or bathing. It is not convenient if you are not young couples .

You should better communicate with the hotel in advance if you don’t like to be assigned to such room . It is wasn’t stated these 2 conditions while you are doing the booking on trip.com
