Paris Hotels with Balcony

We were so impressed with the apartment upon check in. However I was incorrectly charged double taxes. Travelled with 2 adults and 3 children. Additionally you are charged 10 euros administrative fee. I was not aware of this by my booking provider beforehand. We were provided with all the access codes (three in total) and 2 different emergency contact numbers. We arrived back with our daughters late at night, to not be able to enter the building as the door would not open. The access codes were correct but the door appeared to not be responding! Passers by stopped to try and assist, we shouted out to those in the building but no joy. We called both emergency telephone numbers but no one answered. We literally did not know what to do at this point and was close to calling the police as our passports and belongings were in the property. Fortunately the restaurant owner next door, happened to be drinking alcohol in the nearby bar, and after near on 15 mins (felt like 30 mins) but been advised it was closer to 15 minutes, he was passing by and thankfully for both the hotel and us, he was able to assist. He mentioned he has been provided with spare keys and was hopeful they still worked. The following day, the receptionist, hugged us and told us her boss would be compensating us for the safety issue and worrying situation we had been put in. I appreciated this approach and she said he would be in touch on Monday. I had to follow up on the Tuesday as I had not heard anything. After a lot of back and forth we have not been compensated anything. Instead have been told the situation was sorted by the neighbour (thank goodness he was in a nearby bar drinking!) we have also been told we would receive a discount for future stays. When asked, we have never been told what the discounts are, so we feel we have been completely misled. It is a shame as the apartments once inside, are lovely, but the management and the lack of safety and the worry, have completely let this place down. Please make sure you are charged correctly for your city taxes.

Quinzerie Hotel Paris — 10/10 Experience I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quinzerie Hotel in Paris, and I can honestly say that my experience was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. ⭐️ From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the lovely Tanita, who was incredibly professional, friendly, patient and kind. She went above and beyond by taking the time to show my partner and me three different rooms before we decided which one suited us best. This level of care and attention made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. When we checked in, Tanita also arranged some lovely amenities for us, which was such a thoughtful touch and really showed the hotel’s attention to detail. It’s these small gestures that can make a stay feel much more personal and special. We stayed for two nights, and everything was wonderful. The atmosphere, service and attention to guests were all excellent. As someone who comes from a hospitality background, I pay particular attention to customer service, and I can genuinely appreciate when a team gets it right — and the team at Quinzerie certainly did. Our check-out was just as smooth and pleasant. We were looked after by the lovely Camila, who was warm, professional and helpful throughout the process. She also welcomed us to the breakfast, which was another lovely touch and a beautiful way to finish our stay. What stood out most to me was not only the beautiful hotel itself, but the people behind the service. Tanita and Camila both made us feel cared for, respected and genuinely welcome. Their kindness and professionalism made a real difference to our experience. A huge thank you to the entire team at Quinzerie Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. Well concetualised hotel based on literature. This one was Marcel Proust. If you are keen to literature, you should stay in this hotel. Lobby was well designed with classic + modern style, the room was spacious enough with necessary amenities. Big Juliet balcony window but double glazed so no noise heard even it’s on the main road. High ceiling and bathroom ok. Sometimes when you go concept hotel, I could be quite tacky but this one was really well presented. Good bed and linens. Double bed larger than normal double bed. Staff members were helpful and even brought a bulb to fix the light. I will stay in this hotel again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris. First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller. Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright. Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one. I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

Our room faced the upper half of the Eiffel Tower, which was quite nice. It was also much larger than other room types, finally feeling like a place designed for living. At over 3,000 euros a night, I guess there's a reason for the price. You can eat downstairs, and they offer luggage storage, but the area is packed with restaurants and doesn't feel very secure; it's like anyone could just walk in and take something. The complimentary spa is just a bath and sauna in the basement. There's a Nespresso machine. Bus 28 stops right outside and goes to many places like Avenue Montaigne and the Eiffel Tower. The M8 metro takes about 8 minutes to walk to. For a four-star, it's alright, probably good for an older hotel. But at over 3,000 euros, this size still feels a bit pricey.

The price is reasonable, and having a police station downstairs made us feel very safe. It's conveniently located near a metro station, but we mostly took Ubers to get around. Ubers to major attractions were only about 10-15 Euros, which was cost-effective for a group. The area is a local residential neighborhood with a Carrefour supermarket, fruit stores, delicious cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and a pharmacy. The sink was a bit clogged, but the front desk quickly sent someone to fix it. Overall, a great stay, and I'd consider staying here again.

I stayed for 7 days. The location is excellent, and I felt at ease knowing that English was spoken.✨ **Location:** It's within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and Avenue des Champs-Élysées, meaning there are tons of train and bus lines available! You can even get to the Eiffel Tower and Disneyland without any transfers. Access to Charles de Gaulle Airport is also good, taking about 50 minutes by train or 35 minutes by car. I also went to Orly Airport for one night to visit Nice. You can get to the airport line (CDG, ORLY) with just one transfer, so the location is truly fantastic. **Amenities:** Water and potato chips were provided daily. Tea and a kettle were also available, which was a nice touch. There are no toothbrushes, pajamas, or slippers. I brought my own slippers to use in the room. I never quite figured out why some days there were no chips or water (lol). **Cleanliness:** Bed making was done meticulously every day. It seems towels are only replaced if left on the floor; they weren't replaced on days I left them on the shelf.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Eiffel Tower, making it super convenient to see the illuminations at night. Not far from the hotel, there's also a spot where 'Inception' was filmed, and the observation deck by the bridge offers fantastic photo opportunities of the Tower – we even saw a wedding photoshoot happening there. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but the amenities and service were good overall. Definitely recommend it.

I booked two rooms, and the location, room layout, and everything else were excellent. The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning in one of the rooms broke on the first night. The hotel provided two fans and arranged for us to move to a new room the next day. Trip.com's customer service actively helped us communicate and coordinate, and even provided some compensation, so I'm giving the platform a five-star review.

Amazing location, positive. Ok restaurant (great Saiful service!) / social area without AC Challenges: - don't arrive too early before checking-in, expensive locker makes it difficult to leave luggage and go into the city if you travel on a budget - possible long queue when check-in, many tourist groups arriving - beds - no privacy curtains, big minus - beds and rooms quite clean - 8 people mixed dormitory, you sleep with both male and female party teenagers and ＞40 yo adults from all around the world - I had an explosive mix in my dorm (to mention most Brazilian? girl exchanging loud voice messages at 1 am night) Overall good spot for a night but rather not longer stay
