Room is fine for a family of 3. Had an extra bed set up. If you skip your room cleaning on the day then you will have a complimentary drink voucher which can be used at the bar. There is a car park next to the hotel where u can park. Just get information about the car park entry from the front desk. Staff are very helpful and kind with smile. Bike rental available. Front desk may also assist in arrange sightseeing suggestions and ticketing! Warm services. Nice breakfast! The exterior of the hotel is nice! We’d love to come again during our next visit!"

"Everything was great about the hotel apart from; A. On match day the area around the arena, between the hotel and the station is a bit scruffy B. They gave our room away without telling us because we were late. We had paid up front, and the guy at the desk was eventually able to sort it. But I think they should really let us know if they are going to sell our room to someone else and ideally give us the option to let them know we're still coming, just running late."

"First room provided had a small window, that can onky be reached with a ladder. The claustrophobic feeling creeps in. Request a change of room, and was provided with one that is much better. Good service saved the unfortunate circumstances. Kudos to the front office team thar managed this. Thank you."

Breakfast was excellent with a great atmosphere, and I also rented a hotel bike to cycle around."
