Great
GGuest UserThis is honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect — the cleanliness, the decoration, and the overall atmosphere.
What made this place truly special is the staff. Every single person I met was incredibly kind, welcoming and genuinely warm. You can really feel that they care, and it makes all the difference.
The luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out is very convenient and included, which is a big plus.
They even offer free coffee, snacks, drinks and more, which is amazing. And the breakfast is incredibly good and very varied — honestly one of the best I’ve had.
I would definitely come back if I return to Amsterdam. I can’t thank them enough.
And also the staff speak multiple languages, which makes communication very easy. If you’re still hesitating, just go for it!
This place deserves 10 stars, not 5.

MMsLinhVery nice and clean hostel. The reception staff were very friendly. We booked at the last minute and did not expect such a good quality room, but everything was even better than we thought.
The hostel is near the ****************** and under a big bar, but it was not too noisy. Most importantly, there was no ******** smell in the room. The bathroom and toilets were also very clean.
Highly recommended.

GGuest UserAmazing hostel location, rooms had spacious bunk beds, mirror and clean toilets and shower room in the room. Just a headups the the travel adapter keeps falling from the socket attached to the bed. So it's easier if you carry power bank or lighter weight travel adapter for charging.
GGuest UserThe hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was consistent and responsive to requests.
The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, which made getting around very manageable. The hotel facilities were generally well-kept, and the common areas were clean and welcoming.
While there is always room for minor improvements, the overall experience was positive and offered good value for the price paid. This property is a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and reliable service. I would consider staying here again in the future.
GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, just a few hundred meters from Central Station. You simply walk straight down the main road for a few minutes and you're there. The only thing is the entrance is a bit hidden, and the front desk is on the second floor. They offer complimentary self-service coffee, tea, and hot water, which is a rare find! The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, but he kindly let us store our luggage in a cabinet in the room so we could head out and explore unburdened. The room itself is quite small, and the stairs are narrow, which could be a challenge if you have large suitcases. Downstairs, there's a highly-rated fries place, a popular spot since 2018, and it's still there with a line every day – definitely worth trying, it's really good! This time, we also happened to catch a parade, which was an interesting experience; even the front desk staff came down to watch the excitement! Lastly, about the weather: it hailed in May, which was unexpected, but it wasn't cold inside at all! When traveling, cleanliness and safety are paramount, and the convenient location meant we spent most of our days out exploring. Oh, and it's only about 500 meters from ***, so it was super convenient to watch the festivities! Haha!

GGuest UserGood location. The hotel is clean. But if you bring heavy luggages, be mindful that the hotel is not equipped with an elevator. Overall, nice stay because my family and I just need place to sleep overnight.

EEueueuEnjoyed my stay, simple and clean enough. Just note there are 2 flight of stairs and it may be a hassle for travellers with heavy luggage. The service staff was nice to help me with my luggage and I gave a tip as a thank you gesture. :)

GGuest UserI was a bit worried after booking this hotel due to the bad reviews I saw but honestly my experience was absolutely fine. The room and bed was clean. It was quiet and the location was excellent. I was able to walk to everything but there’s a metro right outside too. The bed was comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful

KKobayashiTatsuyaThe location is good, quite close to Amsterdam station and the city center.
To enter the hotel, you have to go to the reception of the hotel next door and have them open the door for you, which is a bit of a hassle, but the location is good and the room is just up the stairs, so overall it is convenient.
The toilet and shower are shared outside the room, but there is a sink in the room.

LLizzi BrownThe hostel is in a good location out of the centre, it's an easy tram ride in to Centraal with very frequent trams.
You get what you pay for, it's cheap and cheerful but very good value for budget accomodation just a short trip from Amsterdam city centre.
The beds were very comfortable, the room was larger than expected and very airy as we were in an attic room and all the windows opened.
The stairs were a bit treacherous, very steep and winding but a nice feature of an old traditional building.
The showers and facilities were fine, kept clean by other travellers and staff and the kitchen was fine too.
I would definitely stay here again for cheap, reasonable accommodation.
