I like this shop very much. The location is good and the waiters are courteous. But the room is a bit small and two luggages can't be accommodated. The place to put towels in the toilet is not convenient. You can add more. You have to bend down to take them out every time. If The price is even better!

The room is great, the environment is very good, and the service is also great! ! It is worth staying here! ! The swimming pool and sauna are great! ! The shampoo, shower gel and body lotion are all from Guerlain, and the hair dryer is also from Dyson! ! It's great! !

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right by the square and Queen's Department Store. I highly recommend it; getting around is super convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful (except for a few in the restaurant who seemed to be from Southeast Asia; they spoke to you as if they were scolding you, and their attitude was quite rude, which really detracted from the overall staff image). Breakfast was quite plentiful, and the room size was decent and quiet. However, due to the layout, you could only fully open one large suitcase without it getting in the way of walking.

I would definitely come back here again! The staff we're very friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and the amenities were great. The room had a yoga mat, full size ironing board and an iron. On the rainy days they even offered umbrellas to take and use for the day. We needed the heating turned up in our room and within minutes it was resolved. Location is great being a few minutes walk from Amsterdam Central station

Guest UserWe just spent three nights at Chasse Residency Hotel as a family with three children, and we were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt welcome from arrival to departure.
The location was really good with easy access to public transport, making it simple to get around Amsterdam. The room had plenty of space for us, and the small kitchen facilities were a huge advantage when traveling with children.
All in all, we had a really great stay and would definitely recommend Chasse Residency Hotel to other families looking for a quiet and comfortable base for a visit to Amsterdam.

Very nice hotel and staff, everything was good...rooms are very small - I guess moat of hotels in centraal are like thid but comfortable...
Staff was polite and humble, proper heating and hot water without any issues, great location, Train theme etc..

MynameisninaIt was under renovations when I arrived.. they do have a lift but its really small.. Im glad the staff helped me with my bags. Rooms is small just enough if you are there to sleep… when I arrived in my room theres no available toiletries which the staff provide the moment I informed them.

쿠로쿠로미The front desk staff were all very friendly, and the room was a pretty standard dorm. The shower had a bit of a drain smell if you showered for a long time, but it was okay. The bathroom, though, had a slight urine odor.
The bed curtains were nice, but unfortunately, my perfume was stolen during my stay. You really need to hide your valuables well here.

The room was a bit small, but for this area, the price was quite good, and it was very clean. The stairs are quite steep, but there's a mini elevator available. The nearby tram stop is convenient for getting to city center attractions. If you prefer walking, it's about a 30-minute stroll along the tram tracks with many unique shops to browse along the way. It's also close to Albert Cuyp Markt and De Hallen Amsterdam.

On arrival at 12.00 midday, we were told the room was ready which we didn’t expect. We were quite excited until we were told we had to pay 30 euro if we wanted to check in then. We said no thanks we’ll come back at 2pm and pay nothing. What a rort!! Never experienced that before!
When we finally got to room it was very nice. Good location. You can either walk 30 min or catch tram into city from down the road.
