Amsterdam Hostels

Absolutelt loved my stay at the Elephant Hostel. Cleanliness 10/10. Fresh bedding, clean bed, clean bathroom, clean lounge. Food pricing was great, I had my breakfast at the hotel which was great. Location was perfect, nice area to go for a walk and right near the tram if you want to head directly into the centre. The staff were amazing and friendly.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and as it's a women-only hostel, I felt even safer! The hygiene was great, and the bathrooms and showers were spacious and clean.

Super great hostel! Loved it very much. The location of the hostel is really convenient and you could basically go to major attractions in Amsterdam by walking for a few minutes like the red light district, the Dam square and more importantly the Central station. Though it is a large room that has quite a number of residents, everyone respected each other’s privacy and they did not make loud noises. The receptionists were super nice and helpful and they spoke good English. I would definitely recommend this place to y’all.

There's not much to say about this place; the concept is really interesting, but inside, the rooms have a bit of a Dutch style, with carpet and wood everywhere. It's a bit dated, if you can call it that, but it works and works well. It's a shame they don't offer breakfast, and the lobby is quite small. One last thing, which I think only applies to my room: half the bed was covered by the ceiling, just 20cm above it, making it almost impossible to get in. I had to sleep in the space of half a single bed, even though I had a French bed. Weird.

Good for budget travel. Clean place with convenient location at the city centre

Small rooms but right in the heart of the action as the name suggests. Pretty cheap for Amsterdam too.

This is ideal for group travelers. You can cook at the kitchen and there is a co working space where you can comfortably work.

This is the best hostel I’ve ever stayed! The room is clean and quiet. The toilet is clean with cleaning supplies. The kitchen has everything you need even free food boxes for food exchange and cutting down on food waste. They even have a second-hand swapping space for you🥰It is close to public transportation and everything is in walking distance.

Nice hostel free coffee and tea

-taxes were added when we arrived, each night we add to pay 2€ per person plus others taxes not mentioned when we booked. -it was very noisy, all night we could hear slamming doors and people talking from Time to Time. -The bedroom was very big and well equiped (fridge) and the host was nice and handful. For the price it was overall correct.
