4-Star Hotels in Amsterdam

I love what they provide in the kitchen. Almost all you need, there are oil, salt, peeper, a set of pots and nonstick pan, well also fridge n oven/microwave. Plus, a supermarket just in the next building.  Perfect location to take tram or bus to the city center, waiting time always less than 5 mins.

My stay here was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located not far from Amsterdam Central Station, making it easy to get around on foot. The room was more spacious than I expected, with great natural light and a comfortable view from the large window. The overall decor was modern and minimalist. Both the bed and pillows were quite comfortable, and the room was kept very clean. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The surrounding area is quiet, yet it's easy to reach the city center and main attractions. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Amsterdam.

This was my second stay here. It's incredibly convenient, located very close to the train station and the exhibition center. The breakfast is fantastic – a great variety and everything is fresh. Excellent value for money, definitely worth staying.

The hotel is conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from the National Museum, and there's also a large Albert Heijn supermarket within an 8-minute walk. The canal view from the window, with boats, blue sky, and white clouds, was very pleasant. However, the room air conditioning was quite cold; the highest setting was 22 degrees Celsius, and it couldn't be turned off or adjusted higher. Even when 'off' was selected, it still ran. The room itself was relatively clean. The coffee capsules were a nice touch. The shower was good, but the handle holder was broken, and we didn't bother to report it for repair. The room TV only had three or four channels, but it was sufficient for watching shows. The breakfast was very rich and enjoyable. A taxi to the airport cost around 33 Euros. The hotel's location is great; you can walk from the hotel towards the museum all the way to Central Station. The front desk staff were all very polite. There were also jelly sweets at the front desk, which was fun. Check-in time was 3 PM, and we arrived early and waited an hour. Check-out was very strict, exactly at 12 PM. The hotel was fully booked on our check-out day, so we couldn't extend. The extension policy was 18 Euros per hour. Renting an umbrella from the hotel cost money. Overall, it was a good stay.

This was a really great hotel. I did my research and it was the best value for money in Amsterdam. It's right next to the Sloterdijk station, just 5 minutes by train to Amsterdam city center and 7-10 minutes to the airport. There are supermarkets next to the hotel. The staff were very helpful, and the cleanliness and room comfort were excellent. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. I definitely recommend it; if I go again, I'll definitely stay here.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Central Station, making travel very convenient. You can easily walk to the old town. The staff are all very friendly and polite. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding, and the view from the room was also nice. The breakfast had a great variety, and the dining environment was pleasant. The bar on the 11th-floor rooftop offers stunning views and is the perfect spot to watch the sunset.

This is a pretty standard luxury hotel, with no major issues. There's a mini-fridge, but it's not cold enough and doesn't come stocked with anything. However, the umbrella is a high-end carbon fiber one, which is quite rare and a nice touch. The bathroom drain had a bit of a problem, probably a clog from hair that needs to be cleaned promptly. My biggest issue, though, was the front desk – they were incredibly slow! Especially during check-out. I've never seen a hotel where you have to wait in line one by one; usually, you just leave your room card and go.

My stay here was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Amsterdam, making it super convenient for exploring the canal district. The room facilities were clean and well-equipped, and the overall hygiene was top-notch. The front desk staff were polite, patient, and provided thoughtful service. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Amsterdam.

The room can accommodate 6 people and is quite spacious. The kitchen facilities are very complete, making it ideal for families with children. The layout is a bit odd, but it doesn't affect the overall stay experience. The location is close to the city center, yet not too crowded. Recommended!

The hotel itself was nice and good location, we were not warned about building work around the hotel and when mentioned there was no apology and no form of compensation. One night we came home from a long day/night and our room keys wouldn’t work the working gave us more cards and they didn’t work this took 3 attempts till he just came up with us to let us into our rooms so we had no working keys for our room that night. I then went down the next morning to be given some more keys that worked, the room we were also given was a small room where there was an obstruction in the shower that was part of the building where we had to duck under to get to the shower. I have tried to contact the hotel and customer services for 3 months now and have had no reply! Awful customer service!
