I like this shop very much. The location is good and the waiters are courteous. But the room is a bit small and two luggages can't be accommodated. The reception was warm and the service was thoughtful. You will be seated first when checking in. Drinks and snacks will be prepared for you and then you can check in slowly. The breakfast was rich. I don't know if it was due to the translation or something else, but the basement written in Chinese on Ctrip was not the basement but the top floor. I would definitely come back here again! The staff we're very friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and the amenities were great. The room had a yoga mat, full size ironing board and an iron. On the rainy days they even offered umbrellas to take and use for the day. We needed the heating turned up in our room and within minutes it was resolved. Location is great being a few minutes walk from Amsterdam Central station

Stayed at W Amsterdam and honestly couldn’t fault it. Perfect location right in the middle of everything, easy to get around and ideal if you want the city on your doorstep. Rooms were clean, stylish and had that luxury feel you expect. Staff were sharp, welcoming and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Atmosphere in the hotel was top tier, especially if you like somewhere with a bit of energy. Overall a quality stay and I’d definitely be back.

The lobby is grand and impressive, really makes a statement as soon as you walk in. However, check-in and check-out were incredibly slow. It took 30 minutes just to check out, and there were only two staff members. The room was small, and the sofa was quite worn out. The bathroom was basic. For nearly 4000 a night, I don't think it was worth it. We had breakfast included, but I didn't go. My mom mentioned it was very crowded and they had run out of plates.

We had a comfortable stay in Marriot, the room was spacious and the location was close to every where, the service was great as well
