Super beautiful room and 5 star - level hotel amenities (I love the package and the scent so so much and I actually want to buy them if possible). The staff here are really sweet and friendly. Renting a bicycle from the hotel is also an option with a reasonable price. Five star to everything!

Very disappointing experience. How come it is a 4star hotel while it doesn't have a mini fridge in guest rooms? This was very inconvenient and cost us a lot as we had to buy everything fresh and with a baby this was extremely difficult to manage. The people at the dask were very friendly and would store food for you in the fridge, yet it was by no means the convenience you paid for. The hotel didn't have any cribs either, and the standard guest room was very tiny, again parameters that question the categorization of this hotel as 4star. As for the room maintenance, our room was not vacuum cleaned the second day of our stay. Everything was provided at bare mininmum, only 2 pillows and no face towels were provided. On the positive side, the hotel had a restaurant, a coffee shop and a bar.

Standard room, what you'd expect from a chain hotel. The lobby area was nice and spacious, with a bar that looked quite nice too. Huge (paid) parking area with two levels. It's close to a metro station, but it really is quite far from everything else. If you are planning to visit the city, I'd highly recommend to stay more closer to the city center because after late night, you'll have to get an expensive Taxi to come back. No late night tram stops nearby. The rooms were typical in size, bathroom, amenities, etc. They stored our bags until late evening, which we appreciated. There is a small kiosk that you can buy munchees if you take on a Brocolli adventure, with cheap chocolates and chips.

Not far from the tram and metro, about a 7-minute walk, a large hotel with many amenities, including an ice machine in the hallways, a small supermarket in the lobby, and a coworking space. Great stay!

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Customer Service was good. My only criticism is I didn't understand the see through shower walls. I was staying with a freind as part of a stag group and the only way we could shower privately was if we turned the bathroom light off. Perfect for a honey moon sweet however it wasnt the occasion for it 😅

A very nice hotel. It's a bit far from the city center but transportation is very convenient, and there's a convenience store downstairs. The room is large, clean, and tidy. You can self-check-in and check-out, and there's even a Marshall speaker in the room.
