The hotel isn't in the city center, but getting around by metro is super convenient, and Amsterdam isn't a huge city anyway. It's a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and the path is pretty flat, which is great when you're dragging luggage. (Picture 1 shows the view from the metro exit.) Rooms are cleaned daily. There aren't any individual shampoo, conditioner, or toothbrushes, just a single shower gel, but that's pretty standard for European hotels. The pillows are quite high but not hard; I found them easy to sink into and comfortable. The Wi-Fi speed was good most of the time. I couldn't find an on/off switch for the air conditioning, only temperature adjustments. The motion-sensor light in the bathroom was a bit funny – it would go dark after a few minutes! The staff were friendly and efficient. Other than check-in, check-out, and storing luggage, I didn't interact with them much. Luggage storage is free, which is a nice perk. After checking out, there's a restroom, sofa, and charging ports on the ground floor, which is perfect for a quick refresh before heading to the airport. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so it's a good idea to eat before heading back. Although the room isn't huge, the bed is small and the layout is well-designed, making it surprisingly functional. We could open two large suitcases at once. Overall, it's quite similar to a budget hotel back home, but prices are bound to vary due to location, especially during tulip season when they definitely go up. For the price, it's still decent value for money.
The reception was warm and the service was thoughtful. You will be seated first when checking in. Drinks and snacks will be prepared for you and then you can check in slowly. The breakfast was rich. I don't know if it was due to the translation or something else, but the basement written in Chinese on Ctrip was not the basement but the top floor. However, the parking fee for self-driving in Amsterdam is really explosive.
There wasn’t a kettle in the room & mineral water are not provided. So amenities are at its minimal. Room service needs to be request but they just top up towels generally. Overall, it is convenient as the metro is right infront of the accommodation.
I was in Amsterdam for work at RAI and the hotel was a pleasant 25-minute walk away. I enjoyed the scenery along the way, and it was a bonus to catch a rowing competition happening on the Amstel River – quite a sight! The hotel's room service was excellent, and housekeeping was always prompt. The restaurant was also clean and hygienic.
Compared to the average luxury hotel, this Hip hotel is more suitable for travelers looking for cost-effective.
As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I smelled a faint fragrance.
Customer service staff professional and high action.
The room was clean and the space was full, and the bedding was comfortable.
I also bought the hotel's body lotion and body wash.
Next time you come to the Netherlands, you will definitely stay again!
The hotel room was very clean, and although the facilities were a bit dated, they were all in good working order. The room layout, however, was quite peculiar. There was a glass partition between the bed and the shower, with newspaper plastered on the glass. There was also a structural pillar in the room, exposing raw concrete, which made that area look like an unfinished shell. Overall, it was decent.
Great calue for money! Very close to the train station! They have great bed, easy check in checkout systems, friendly staff. Would stay here again next time!!
One of the best stays I ever had. Very warm and beautifully decorated place. Camilla, the host made me the best breakfast, not exaggerated in my life. Thank you, big hug and love to Camilla for a very wonderful stay. Mark Soh

Amazing
AAlahabadexiahoubaThere is bus No. 37 at the entrance of the hotel, which seems to run every half an hour; it takes about 10 minutes to the subway and N S station. It feels like it's near a residential area and relatively quiet. I just didn't expect to catch up with the EU's annual large-scale cardiovascular meeting and annual car race during the stay, and the accommodation cost was frighteningly high! The service and environment of the hotel are very good, the room is very large, there are no slippers, but it is very comfortable to step on the floor with bare feet.
GGuest UserLocation is perfect, the team is nice and helpful, the environment is perfect!
But the window curtains don’t block the sunlight well, especially in the early morning, which means people who are sensitive to sleeping in light might feel some discomfort.
GGuest UserStandard room, what you'd expect from a chain hotel. The lobby area was nice and spacious, with a bar that looked quite nice too. Huge (paid) parking area with two levels. It's close to a metro station, but it really is quite far from everything else. If you are planning to visit the city, I'd highly recommend to stay more closer to the city center because after late night, you'll have to get an expensive Taxi to come back. No late night tram stops nearby. The rooms were typical in size, bathroom, amenities, etc. They stored our bags until late evening, which we appreciated. There is a small kiosk that you can buy munchees if you take on a Brocolli adventure, with cheap chocolates and chips.
NNazhachimazhaThe location might seem a bit far out, but it's right next to the LRT station, making it even more convenient to get to the city center than staying in the city center itself. The downside is there aren't many dining options nearby, just a McDonald's across the street. The hotel facilities are extremely modern, perfect for younger guests. The elevators are super cool – you select your floor on an external digital screen, and it automatically assigns one to you. This is really convenient, but it took me a while to figure it out on my first stay. The underground parking is very high-tech, but the parking fee isn't cheap at 25 a night.
ピピンキー^_^When we checked in, they were very polite and kind, and even though we don't speak either English or Dutch, they explained things to us in easy-to-understand English. They even carried our suitcases up to our room, which was very helpful.
The room was very spacious, and there was plenty of room even with two suitcases spread out.
When we checked out, we had to use the stairs to get from the room, so it was difficult to carry our suitcases up, but a cleaning man who happened to be passing by helped us out, which was very helpful.
We were able to check out online, but we had to return the card key to an employee, and since there was another guest in front of us, it took a while to return the key.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.
NNicholasBeautiful hotel and grounds. Customer Service was good. My only criticism is I didn't understand the see through shower walls. I was staying with a freind as part of a stag group and the only way we could shower privately was if we turned the bathroom light off. Perfect for a honey moon sweet however it wasnt the occasion for it 😅
