"It is well known that hotels in Europe are relatively small. The design of the hotel is very good. The bed is comfortable but it is really too small! The hotel is a bit old and I can't see the canal in the room where I lived. It's a bit sad."

"Check-in took a long time. Do you think chatting with you is a good service? They kept asking a lot of nonsense and asked you to register before finally giving you the room card. The canal view in the room is nice, but the whole hotel uses a cooling system, which means it only has air conditioning. If you feel cold, you can ask the front desk for a heater... It's ridiculous. The shower water is not very strong. At this price, it's okay to see the view and check in (then just go to the first floor of the hotel to have a meal!) If you want to stay, I don't think it's necessary"

"The area itself is perfect and the hotel is just what we needed. Service was kind, breakfast was good and we very much enjoyed our stay there. Metro stations and tram are close by, and we could walk around easily. Lot's of restaurants and bars too."

"A great room, great location, great staff. I can’t say anything else! A free minibar of cola. water and juice. A great addition. The room was nice and cool to my liking. The bed was soft and the pillows were perfect. The WiFi worked well. The curtains kept out the light so I could sleep late and the elevator only worked with a card to keep out intruders. Perfect stay! Even helped arrange a cheaper travel to the airport "

"Fantastic hotel! Offers a great comfy clean room with all the things you need - except a kettle - you have to go down stairs for hot water - but I learnt take a n insulated water bottle and take it up to my room and make my tea (I had bought with me) in my room. There were cups provided in the room. Excellent breakfast and really easy to get to the central station."
