This is good place to stay in Amsterdam. Situated upon the creek, good location and good cheerful staff. About 30 mins walk to city centre. Close to Metro station. I would recommend this hotel for staying. Thank you

Unfortunately, upon arrival we still had to pay 30 euros in costs. This is in addition to the booking costs. They said this included parking costs and tourist tax. We no longer book through trip.com. We don't like this kind of antics. With other booking sites I have never had extra costs that were so excessively high. The shower head needs to be descaled. Gutter zinc is also completely calcified. A guest in a hotel room had a beatbox on loudly until 2 a.m. We ordered a drink on the 18th floor.....quick time...and had to wait half an hour for it. The view of the room is beautiful to experience. Beds are nice and soft.

It is well known that hotels in Europe are relatively small. The design of the hotel is very good. The bed is comfortable but it is really too small! The hotel is a bit old and I can't see the canal in the room where I lived. It's a bit sad.

The location of this hotel was great. The staff were very efficient in helping us with whatever we needed. We booked a room for three people last minute and we were pleasantly surprised with the excellent service considering that it was one of the more reasonable hotels around and so close to the city centre. Great place and great staff. I will definitely be adding this hotel to my favourite's list.

The rooms are very beautiful and design, the scenery is beautiful next to the canal, the front desk staff is particularly warm and polite, the restaurant downstairs is very Amsterdam style, a large number of handsome men and women drinking and drinking coffee in the restaurant. Not good for parking, the room is small, maybe Amsterdam is so expensive

Very good experience The hotel is within 10 minutes by bus from the train station, and the hotel is next to the bus The interior of the hotel is decorated in a rainforest style, and the service is very good. I found out that there is a swimming pool when I left, but unfortunately I didn't experience it The room is clean and quiet, very good All credit cards in the hotel have electronic bills, which is very modern The price includes breakfast, which is cost-effective overall. If I come to Amsterdam again, I will choose to stay here again

It's a small hotel. There was a great welcome from the friendly and fun reception staff. But the room very small and the room proportions are not good Makes staying in hotels difficult I came with my family which is highly not recommended. Because the size and arrangement of the facilities is not good.

After the check-in, I encountered a series of problems. The front desk arranged people to help me solve the problem. The service was very good. My suitcase is broken, and the hotel is looking for someone to help me get it. Then the skinny is too slippery to open the door. The front desk is looking for repairs. I can wrap the tape on the handle to facilitate my access and the hotel steak is super delicious.

A great room, great location, great staff. I can’t say anything else! A free minibar of cola. water and juice. A great addition. The room was nice and cool to my liking. The bed was soft and the pillows were perfect. The WiFi worked well. The curtains kept out the light so I could sleep late and the elevator only worked with a card to keep out intruders. Perfect stay! Even helped arrange a cheaper travel to the airport

Fantastic hotel! Offers a great comfy clean room with all the things you need - except a kettle - you have to go down stairs for hot water - but I learnt take a n insulated water bottle and take it up to my room and make my tea (I had bought with me) in my room. There were cups provided in the room. Excellent breakfast and really easy to get to the central station.
