Experience was awesome. The hospitality is great. The ambience is cool. Room service is efficient. Food is consistently good. Very clean and well -maintained. Staff very cordial and well-behaved, especially reception personnel and room service staff. Only downside is the constricted space of rooms and washrooms. Apart from that, everything else is wonderful. Highly recommended!

Visited Ginger Agartala for dining and the food was excellent. The dishes were fresh, well-prepared, and truly satisfying. Special mention to Mr. Prasenjit Saha, whose warm and professional service stood out. He made the dining experience even more pleasant. However, the washrooms were not clean, which was disappointing. Overall, recommended for food and hospitality.

I stayed here for a night but the stay was not that good. My room ac was not working when I checked in. Room phone was also not working so I couldn't connect them to complain about it . When I reached at the reception, no body was available. Then I found a housekeeping boy and they changed my room immediately. Check in and check out was smooth.
