This is a very nice cheap hotel. Calling it a resort is definitely a stretch of the imagination. Very small pool, steam room, and Sauna. Everything was clean and orderly. Limited hours in pool and steam/ sauna. It probably saves significantly on power draw, so I understand, but not guest friendly. Front desk is only open from 15:00 to 18:00. Not guest friendly. Some of the pics are actually from the resort next door. Some false advertising. Beware. The €15 room service breakfast is probably the greatest value room service I have ever seen. Well worth it. Surprising even. 10€ self laundry is too much, and after 2plus hours in the dryer I just took my wet clothes to room and hung them to dry. Additionally, you self clean much of the room or pay 100€. No wifi in rooms. It's 2024. Time to upgrade. I would absolutely go back.

Comfortable and clean room. Unheated swimming pool and paying jacuzzi. Disappointing especially when the hotel is called natureva SPA.

Pleasant enough stay here. Staff were friendly enough. Room was above average but poorly thought out. Little things like no kettle, coffee machine didn’t really work, tv had no reception, cutlery ‘drawer’ was a tray stuffed in a cupboard, mix of plates, cups and glasses and the patio door didn’t lock. Pool, steam room and sauna was nice enough. No access to jacuzzi however, without additional purchase of spa treatment. You should, we were told, have access to Oz Inn rooftop bar and pool as they are linked. Sadly we weren’t allowed in when we asked there. Location is great as it’s at the top end of the resort, so quiet. Short 30 min walk into actual Cap town (not the resort) and Marina, where we attended one of the bike week gatherings. Overall not bad but not great. Like a lot of the resort they seem to have set it up, opened then just take the cash with little effort on upkeep.

We started using the Natureva years ago when it was challenging to find decent accommodation at Cap. We’ll never go back. The room we were given had a balcony with no shade. The AC worked just about ok but was only in the living room and not in the bedroom which was stifling. We asked for a different room, but the receptionist was rude and unhelpful (she really needs to get out of hospitality). We rented a garage as we knew that the parking was difficult. Our car was too long for the space and the garages are really difficult to enter. On the day we left we received a very aggressive text saying that if we didn’t vacate by 11 we would be charged an extra half day. When we checked out we had to wait while they sent some to check that the room was clean. Friends of ours stayed in a much nicer place in Port Nature closer to everything and significantly cheaper. The Natureva Spa has had its day. There are far better places available for less.

Stayed here for our first part of the honeymoon. Spacious room with a large balcony overlooking the countryside. Loved the music that we could hear from the hotel next door which included top house beats. The hotel has an amazing gym with a coach on site to help with your fitness goals. Each morning he would walk around and say hello to everyone working out which was a nice touch. The complex is more of a self contained apartment set up with no house keeping provided. Residents can wash their laundry for 10 Euro or wash in the room and use the provided washing line to dry clothing. The pool is nice with a steam room and sauna provided in the afternoons.

This hotel was better than I expected. I booked via **********, and the hotel was extremely responsive and helpful in pre-stay communication. This friendly and helpful approach continued during the stay. Arriving outside the reception's limited opening hours requires collecting the key cards from the nearby 5* Ozz'in hotel, which is under the same ownership. The helpful staff there helpfully explained that guests at the Natureva and Oz'Inn can use both hotels' facilities, which at Oz'Inn primarily comprises a rooftop sun deck and large jacuzzi, which is much more luxurious than the Natureva's indoor pool. Make sure that you request wifi access code from Natureva reception when you check in, or if you collect your key cards from the Oz'Inn, make sure that you ask Natureva reception in advance to include a wifi access code, otherwise you will have no wifi (except 10 free minutes) until the next morning. You don't need to clean the whole room before checking out. To avoid a €100 cleaning surcharge, you just need to run the dishwasher and empty it, empty the bins, and leave bed linen and towels in a large bag. Although this is an odd requirement for a 4* hotel, It wouldn't put me off staying at the hotel again as it wasn't particularly onerous. There is also no daily cleaning, which is unusual for a 4* hotel. The hotel has a good range of television channels including BBC World, but I was disappointed that Canal+ wasn't included. The internet was painfully slow - 5Mbps downstream and 0.3Mbps upstream. It was impossible to join a video conference. The pool has an odd red notice stipulating no telephones, but everyone ignores it and uses their phones anyway. Far more relevant would be a rule banning photography and filming, which the Oz'Inn has. Only some of the rooms have safes, so if you need a safe, make sure you notify the hotel of your requirement well in advance of your stay so that you can be allocated a room with a safe. The gym is quite well equipped, but it was far too warm in mid-May. A gym should have a regulated temperature of around 16°C to 18°C all year, but the gym was more like 22°C. I had to leave after 20 minutes, because it was too warm, and I didn't return. The top reasons to stay at the Natureva is for the kitchens in the rooms, and also access to the Oz'Inn's rooftop sundeck and jacuzzi. The Oz'Inn seems to have a much younger clientele than the rest of the naturist village (including the Natureva), whereby around 90% of the guests are aged around 35 to 55. However, although the Natureva is purely naturist, the Oz'Inn tolerates additional activities on its sundeck, which would not be tolerated at the Natureva's indoor pool. There is plenty of intimacy between couples, including some subtle but minor sexual activity. This might not appeal to everyone, but it's quite mild compared to Baie des Cochons.

I visited Natureva for a Thai Massage with Christophe and what a discovery it was! Time stood still and quite honestly it was sublime! The techniques are completely like nothing I’ve ever experienced before, the stretching exercises gave me a whole new level of confidence in my bodies elasticity and I came out feeling on top of a cloud! Truly one of the most uplifting experiences I’ve enjoyed. Thank you and hope to come back next year !

It is well known that hotels in Cap d'Agde are very expensive compared to what they offer, but there are also minimum standards to be met according to the stars one has and Natureva really has a lot to improve on: first of all, the reception is not open 24 hours a day and you can only check in from early afternoon. Secondly, wifi is only free 10 minutes a day and then you have to subscribe (even lower category hotels now offer free wifi access). They also say that there is parking available but it is the public one in front of the hotel and if you can't find space they offer you parking inside the hotel, which costs 15 euros per day. Finally, the cleanliness of the room is questionable, for 70 euro I would have expected much better and instead the floor was dirty.

A disappointing experience in fact the negative points are more numerous than the positive ones. The positive points: Accommodation conforms to the description, clean, efficient and silent air conditioning, good quality bedding and everything necessary for the kitchen is there. The negative points: Welcome not very ymoa cold staff bordering on unpleasant. We booked breakfast, no pastries, no toast, only a piece of baguette. The hotel swimming pool is too small and not very clean. No baggage storage service if you arrive early or plan to leave Cape Town late. If you have an SUV, don't bother renting parking. The spaces are too small to park. A disappointing experience but given the choices at the Cape it is the least worst solution.
