If I could give zero stars, I would. Our recent stay at the Oz Inn Hotel was utterly ruined by the disgraceful treatment we received from their security staff during an event night. As paying guests, we expected a warm and respectful environment—what we got was the complete opposite. After a long, relaxing day at the beach, we returned to the hotel only to be *denied access to the reception* because of our footwear. Yes, you read that right—our *shoes*. Apparently, entry was allowed *only with heels*. This absurd and arbitrary dress code was aggressively enforced by door staff who seemed to think they were bouncers at an exclusive nightclub rather than employees of a hotel. We attempted to explain that we were hotel guests simply trying to access our room. Unfortunately, the door staff did not understand us as they didn’t speak English. Despite being polite, I found my path physically *blocked* and was even *pushed backward on the entrance steps*. This level of hostility is outrageous—absolutely no guest should be treated this way. It’s evident that Oz Inn sees their event-goers as a priority over their actual guests. Want to host private parties? Fine. But provide a *separate entrance* and ensure your security staff are *polite, professional, and accommodating*. The behavior we experienced was unacceptable and inexcusable. We checked out the next morning and moved to **Le Bergerie**, located just a short walk away. What a difference! Run by two lovely sisters, this charming French countryside-style hotel was a dream. The beautiful pool, relaxing hot tub, and delightful breakfast put the Oz Inn to shame. I *highly* recommend staying at Le Bergerie instead—avoid the Oz Inn at all costs! 👎

My wife was attacked at by an east European man at Oz-In hotel. We tried to get help by the security. Instead the security abused my wife. Thrown down the stairs, leaving her bruised. I tried to help and stop. I was carried by the neck and passed out on the way. Total abuse. We are in cap d’Agde for love - not abuse. Stay away.

We reserved a suite, no one told us as the time of the reservation to reserve a parking place as well. Took us an hour to find a space to park in the village. We get in, no one at the reception...or anywhere for that matter, and it was a weekend holiday! The so called "suite" is smaller than my closet, the bathroom worse. Terrasse's furniture for breakfast outdated and dirty. The rooftop close in June! and dirty. The staff for breakfast was very pleasant ( ...thus, the one star) Employees taking the elevator before the guest, the check-out was even worse, employee telling you what to do, no professionalism whatsoever, the list goes on. You WILL find anything around a lot better, and don't trust the photos, doesn't look like that!

Not worth it in my opinion, the most expensive hotel in town and for no reason. I stayed at three total different hotels during my time there and this one didn’t offer anything the others didn’t and for double the price. It was fine, clean, comfortable as were all the rest. If it was half price it would be worth it

It was our first time at the Cap so everything seemed new and exciting. We found the price a little high for the value ( no breakfast included, air conditioning not working ) Also not too much action going on comparatively to other places. Definitely very clean.

I haven't stayed in the bedrooms at the Oz'Inn, but did have the pleasure of using the Oz'Inn's sundeck and large jacuzzi for several days as a guest of the neighbouring 4* Natureva spa hotel, which is under the same ownership. Whereas the rest of the village has a typical age range of around 45 to 65, it's noticeably younger at the Oz'Inn, perhaps 35 to 55. If you fit into this latter age range, then Oz'Inn could be a particularly appealing place to stay. The Natureva has very limited reception opening times, outside which guests have to check in at the Oz'Inn. The Oz'Inn reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and it was they who helpfully advised about both hotels' facilities being available to guests of both hotels. The Oz'Inn has a very nice rooftop sundeck and large jacuzzi, with bar service. The staff are extremely attentive and one never has to wait long to be served. However, the music was a little intrusive at times, often very repetitive clubbing music, which was too loud to relax properly. On the sundeck, there is plenty of intimacy between couples, including some subtle but minor sexual activity. It's quite mild compared to Baie des Cochons. Guests at the Oz'inn can use the facilities at the neighbouring 4* Natureva spa hotel, including its indoor pool, where such activity is not allowed. There is one easy improvement that the hotel could make to the sundeck. Most people who want to sunbathe prefer the north side (facing south) on an open bed without the four posts and partial roof. People who want to shelter from the sun on a bed with a partial roof would be happy on the south side (facing north). So please put all the open beds on the north side (facing south) and all the beds with a partial roof on the south side (facing north). The internet at the Oz'inn is impressively around 300-400Mbps.
