"I had a wonderful stay at the Seehotel Maria Laach! The rooms are quiet and very well-equipped – with a refrigerator, Nespresso machine, TV, and air conditioning, I had everything I needed and felt right at home. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, especially the freshly prepared egg dishes, which were a real highlight each morning. The hotel's location is fantastic: direct views of the lake, and its proximity to the monastery with its gardens and the cozy inn invites you to take lovely walks and explore. I would particularly like to commend the friendly and helpful staff. Whether in the restaurant or at the bar, we felt welcome. We were brought extra blankets and slippers upon request, and the staff offered thoughtful advice when choosing our drinks. All in all, a very pleasant experience, and I would love to return!"

"We booked through *********** but seemed their system double booked us, ie booked 2 rooms rather than 1, Bethel Hotel Zum Weinberg showed absolutely no interest in what might have happened, instead simply saying you have 2 bookings, they are our cheapest rooms so you have to pay them both, even although on the same night…. *********** completely ignored us and the hotel staff would have been as well ignoring us, they simply took 2 payments and told us it was not possible to do anything. This is NOT the way to treat guests, especially if you don’t want negative reviews. They simply couldn’t care less and seemed happy they had one over us. Unfortunately *********** just turn the other way too. Terrible customer service."

"An undisputed five-star hotel. If you want to stay at a higher class hotel than the Dorint Hotel, this is the place to go. There is a 996 race car at the reception, and you can enjoy a racing simulator and a bar. A smoking lounge is available, and it is nice that you can smoke while sitting in a chair in a spacious space. The casino attached to the hotel is mechanical, and first-time visitors can enter after registering as a member at the reception. It is a casino that is relatively easy for beginners to get into, but it is still a little disappointing compared to the type with a dealer. The view from the balcony is inferior to the Dorint. If you try to see the GP course, you can't see it because the stands block your view, so if you want to see the cars, Dorint is better."
