Good but dated rooms. The beach view is amazing and the hotel has a private beach with shuttle transfers.
Only con is there's no alcohol served on the property or the beach cafe

Bathroom ceiling pipe broke at midnight spurting out yellow water everywhere,including my personal belongings. Hotel front desk worker said there was no other room for replacement. they sent an engineer to fix the pipe later but this midnight incident disturbed my sleep too much.
I wrote a complaint letter to the hotel management center on January 29 but haven't got any reply until now.

The hotel location is perfect and they switch me in free of cost in a suite room because my room AC has some noise.

The hotel amenities are great(indoor pool, gym, spa, beach, sauna).Hotel room is spacious and well cleaned. Staff are polite and helpful.The choices of the food in the buffet are great too!
