"We checked into the facility yesterday around 10 am. Even though the room wasn't ready, we thought we'd change in the changing room and use the pool. My wife and I had a snack before arriving at the hotel, but I couldn't get my youngest daughter (4 years old) to eat anything. Even though we said we would only use the pool to feed the child, they said it was a charge. Since it was a child, we agreed, reluctantly, so she wouldn't go hungry. My daughter didn't want to eat anything. She didn't even eat a single pastry properly. In short, we were charged an extra 2000-3000 TL on top of our accommodation fee. We chose this hotel because we had stayed there before and were satisfied. We felt at home then and recommended it to all our acquaintances. We loved it so much. But now it seems something has changed. We had such a negative impression as soon as we entered, and despite our requests for a child's pool, we felt completely treated unfairly. Even small businesses prioritize guest satisfaction. I understand the hotel needs to protect its interests, but I think requests for a child's pool shouldn't be turned down. Every family's priority is their child. As I said, it wouldn't have been a problem if she had eaten, but the price was high even though she didn't eat anything. The service and the price charged for the child didn't make sense to me. For this reason, I was not satisfied. We will not choose this place again. Merve Güçlü"

"The first day there was no hot water to my surprised that the weather is cold, the hotel is classified as 4 or 5 stars and no hot water. What was more disappointing is my interaction with the staff, the first front desk employee in the morning acknowleged the problem and said 30 minutes and the hot water should be restored they are working on it . I came back to the hotel at 6 PM, I did ask the front desk staff if the problem resolved, it is another employee, he denied that there is any problem, and ask me to check my room and call him back if there is no hot water, indeed there was no hot water. I called and reported the problem, he offered to send someone to my room!! I turned him down and said there are no controls for hot water in my room, he can go any room. I am very surprised that the interactions with the employees are completely different, one acknowledge the problem in the morning and promised 30 minutes to restore the service, and the next employee 8 hours later deny any knowledge of the problem!! Anyhow, whatever is the reason for lack of hot water , there is no excuse for such deficiency, and therefore I will never consider this hotel anytime in the future."

"The shower was broken, the toilet was malfunctioning, We never opened the mini-bar and don't know what was inside. The reception said the mini-bar was completely empty, we said we didn't know, and single-use items were missing. The breakfast room and breakfast were wonderful, the room size was nice, and the bed was very comfortable."

"It was awful! The hotel is absolutely filthy! Toilet didn’t work and was dirty, the furniture was broken and looked like trash. The photos of the hotel which were on the site, didn’t match at all. couldn’t stay in that hotel, it was impossible. I asked for the refund but they refused. I paid 100% for the booking in advance and lost it all. I booked the hotel using Ostrovok app. This company wasn’t interested in solving my problem, so basically they did nothing. I’m very disappointed. I would never recommend this hotel or Ostrovok app."

"The hotel was affordable and well-located, but the room's cleanliness left much to be desired. Attached are photos of how I found the bathroom, which appeared practically unclean. I have to say that the hotel's saving grace is the staff, because despite my late-night arrival, the very kind receptionist went out of his way to help me. Even though there was no cleaning lady available at that hour, he personally tidied up my room. Another highlight was the really good breakfast. Overall, good value, fantastic staff, excellent location, but cleanliness could use some work. Would I book again? Most likely, yes. Arriving in a foreign country and immediately finding people who go out of their way to help you outweighs the small inconveniences regarding cleanliness."

"We stayed at Bn Thermal Hotel, arriving on the 14th and departing on the 15th. When I went down to the pool, I looked for a waiter to order coffee, but no one attended, so I called reception. They said they would send someone, but 10 minutes passed and still no one was there. I called again, and this time they said, "They must be busy," without even an apology. I then asked the lifeguard, and to their credit, they made and brought the coffee to me, not wanting to offend a customer. But that's not all… There was a white stain on the edge of the bed; we don't know what it was. While relaxing by the pool, two people came up to me, ruining my enjoyment, and without even saying "excuse me," they insisted in a pushy manner, "You need to wear a swimming cap." Imagine two people suddenly approaching you while you're relaxing. The woman from guest relations was very rude, especially in the mornings at the pool; they have no idea how to treat customers. But that's not the main problem. The pool was 42 degrees Celsius, and the floor was slippery; I didn't pay attention at the time. While drinking my coffee, I looked and saw strange objects floating in the water. I never went into that pool again. The next day, in the same area, in the 38-degree pool, I saw some brown, sticky dirt, or whatever it was, growing on the edge. Microbes already thrive in thermal water, and it's a huge disappointment that this hotel doesn't care about customer health in this way. I felt nauseated, and we felt terrible the next day. This hotel failed miserably and is falling further and further in our estimation."

"My experience at Noax Hotel in Mersin was very poor due to a serious incident that does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. On April 24, I left the hotel at 6:00 PM for dinner and returned at 9:30 PM. Upon entering my room, I was shocked to find one person inside the room and another person in the bathroom. When I asked why they were there, they informed me that they were new guests who had just been assigned the room, despite clearly noticing that there were bags and clothes inside, indicating that the room was already occupied. According to their account, they had contacted the front desk to report that the room was not vacant. Nevertheless, the reception sent a bellboy to the room, who proceeded to collect all my personal belongings, including my clothes and luggage, and moved them to the hotel lobby without my knowledge or consent. I immediately went to the reception desk to inquire about why my belongings had been removed and why other guests had been assigned my room. The staff apologized and claimed it was a “mistake.” The duty manager also came and offered a verbal apology. However, what happened goes far beyond a simple administrative error. It constitutes a serious breach of privacy and a significant failure in professional conduct, especially considering that my belongings were handled in a careless and disrespectful manner, and that sensitive personal items, including my personal computer and documents, were in the room. This incident negatively affected my mood and caused discomfort throughout my entire stay. Despite my request for a formal written apology explaining the incident, none was provided, with the justification that it was merely a mistake and that my belongings had not been stolen. Based on the above, my evaluation of this stay is very poor. What occurred represents a serious professional failure that does not align with the standards expected from a hotel of this category."

"A fantastic hotel. The deluxe room with a balcony was spacious, quiet, clean, and offered a great view. The breakfast was also good, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. There's a park behind the hotel perfect for walks, and plenty of restaurants nearby. A large mall is about an 8-minute walk away, and the beach is within easy reach, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Excellent location. Highly recommended."

"I would like to summarize the question of how to understand that a hotel is good; When I first arrived at Navona Hotel, I was first greeted by the smiling and warm welcome of the bellboy. Then the same warmth and sincere greeting at the reception and again a smile, when I went up to my room, the perception of quality, which I cannot find in most city hotels or even 5-star hotels, spaciousness, comfort and of course hygiene perception, clean bathroom and a large room. Breakfast, in my opinion, is adorned with rich Mediterranean breezes and more, and the desired extra requests (special menemen or omelet varieties etc.) are met immediately, again a smiling welcome. In fact, the hotel deserves 5 stars from me, especially with its staff and management. Thank you Navona Hotel family, for making me feel at home and making my travel easier."
