酒店很氣派，一進酒店給人第一感覺就是高大上，有休閑區，接待區，辦公區，小童遊樂區，無線充電，蘋果電腦供我們使用，還見到了伊朗的外國友人，前台經理的外語説的特別的溜，前台的服務人員也特別温柔細心周到。客房衞生很乾凈，都是智能化的模式，洗護用品是美國的彼得羅夫，床墊牌子是舒達，設施設備齊全很貼心的備了茶葉和點心。早餐味道蠻不錯的，品類很多，吃的特別健康舒心，阿克蘇酒店我首選這家希爾頓歡朋酒店

一年總有十幾二十次會出差到阿克蘇，去年就看到這家酒店在裝修，就很期待，如今終於可以預訂了。作為一個飛行達人，我也經常在內地住希爾頓歡朋，所以很清楚他們的服務標準，特別走心，人性化！這一次，也沒讓我失望，晚上9點多才到，天已黑，有點小冷，前台工作人員立刻迎上來，向我問好，並幫我辦理入住，給我講了入住温馨提示。話説，阿克蘇這個大堂是我住過的歡朋裏最大的，不得不感歎，阿克蘇終於有了一家上檔次的酒店了！房間裏面也很乾凈整潔，洗髮露洗完頭髮也很舒服，洗衣液特別方便。早餐很好吃，品類齊全，有我喜歡的豆花，雞湯！大大的贊！
