The front desk staff were gentle and friendly, and their thoughtfulness was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next trip!"

"It's about average for a Home Inn, with excellent service. The power went out twice for no apparent reason at night. The room is quite small. I booked a family room with an empty balcony. The room wasn't spacious enough, and the layout wasn't logical. I booked the family room based on the first two pictures, but the last two pictures are a bit of a show-off. I hope it doesn't mislead guests!"

The front desk staff were very welcoming and greeted me with smiles throughout. Check-in was also very quick. It was all exceptionally good. The room was also very spacious and exactly as pictured. Most importantly, the breakfast was truly delicious with a wide variety of options."

"The Uyghur receptionist was incredibly rude. I went into my room and wanted to change rooms, but she refused, saying I was already there. Where was I supposed to stay? I just went in, looked around, and left without touching anything. If this were in mainland China, she would definitely have changed my room. Besides, there wasn't even a tissue in the room. I wouldn't recommend it."
