The front desk staff were gentle and friendly, and their thoughtfulness was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next trip!"

"The Uyghur receptionist was incredibly rude. I went into my room and wanted to change rooms, but she refused, saying I was already there. Where was I supposed to stay? I just went in, looked around, and left without touching anything. If this were in mainland China, she would definitely have changed my room. Besides, there wasn't even a tissue in the room. I wouldn't recommend it."

The process from check-in to using the food delivery robot is relatively slow and requires patience. We booked a triple room, but only two towels and bottled water were provided in the room, and the phone in the room was not connected, so we had to go to the front desk to ask in person. The front desk staff said that the room service had gone off duty and would have to wait until 10am the next morning to replenish it, but we had already arranged to leave, and they suggested that "we should have made our request earlier". However, a triple room should be equipped with supplies for three people, and it would be better if more attentiveness could be given to this. Overall, the hardware facilities are good, but the service details and responsiveness can be further improved."

The hotel entrance was on the side and a short walk was required. Free parking. Individual travelers and tour groups were not on the same floor. It was quite quiet to sleep at night. I was especially grateful that it was pet-friendly. I was very satisfied overall."

"Service: Checked in on New Year's Eve. As soon as we walked to the hotel entrance, the Uyghur security brother and the aunt with a Henan accent came down to help us with the suitcases. The front desk staff all wore red scarves and wished us a happy new year, which felt very cordial. We were originally planning to stay for nine nights, but had to leave for a few days due to some urgent matters. It was the beautiful front desk lady Wang Yunxia who helped us negotiate the refund with the hotel booking platform, and it was resolved smoothly in the end. I brought some New Year's goods that needed to be refrigerated and the handsome guy at the front desk helped me take them to the restaurant, refrigerated them and marked them. The breakfast is also good. The staff will proudly say that the flower rolls and steamed buns are all made by themselves, and there is freshly ground coffee. The front desk service is very flexible and personal. Facilities: The laundry room has the same LG commercial washing and drying set as Huazhu Club, which is very convenient. It is recommended to put some sticky notes and pens next to it and clean the dryer filter regularly. The room provides wet wipes for cleaning the toilet, so you don't have to wrap the toilet seat with napkins anymore. The room has a wardrobe which allows you to hang more clothes than an open hanging area. The window in the room is a little small, the toilet flush is a little weak, but everything else is good. I wish 2025 will be better and better!"
