Our last stop in Southern Xinjiang was a very pleasant stay! They offered complimentary breakfast, and when we asked for local food recommendations, they suggested 'Warehouse No. 3 Restaurant,' which had excellent ambiance, service, and dishes. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Since we had a late flight, the front desk attendant kindly arranged for a late check-out after learning about our situation. It was a truly delightful experience.

Guest UserI booked it on Ctrip, and at first I saw that the front door of the hotel was not very conspicuous! The name is also very tongue-in-cheek, but the moment you enter the hall, your eyes light up! The decoration is grand and fashionable, with mosaic marble floors and light-colored wood grain boards on the walls! Makes people feel very warm and comfortable! It’s 7 meters high! Bright and clean! It makes people restless and depressed! The front office staff immediately stood up with a smile and completed the formalities very politely and calmly! The room is very clean! About 30 square meters! Don't feel crowded! Breakfast is on the 7th floor, directly connected to the elevator. What is touching is that there is no person to collect meal tickets! No one asked you how many people there are in that room! I gained a lot of goodwill at once. This boss is very good at doing business and very generous! I hope to stay in this hotel again when I come to Aksu again!

Guest UserThe front desk service was quite mediocre; they were always trying to upsell. I saw flies in the breakfast area, and the staff were just drinking their own beverages nearby. This was also the worst breakfast I've had at any Vienna hotel.

The room is big! The bedding is absolutely perfect! Super super comfortable. The whole house is small and super convenient. Very new, very clean and super comfortable.
The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home!
The breakfast is very rich and the service ladies are also very good! Super super good! Super recommended place! Renewed! I will live next time I come back!
That's right! And robots deliver takeaways

Guest UserI stayed at the Lanou Hotel in Kuqa, so I booked again, but I was a bit disappointed. The hotel entrance was imposing, the lobby was quite luxurious, and the rooms were new—the facilities were excellent, but the service was cold. I initially thought the front desk staff didn't want to talk to me because it was late, but it wasn't until the next day when the breakfast restaurant staff seemed even less inclined to work that I realized the hotel group's management and training might be inadequate, with employees exhibiting a complete lack of engagement. Upon check-in, the two front desk staff barely paid any attention to me, simply giving me my room key and meal vouchers and that was it. They didn't point out the elevator being far away, and they didn't say a word about the restaurants being hard to find. I checked in at 9:30 AM—were they just tired? Breakfast the next day was also unpleasant. While the menu was indeed extensive and plentiful, the service remained terrible. Breakfast ended at 10:30, and when we arrived at 10:00, the two ladies at the noodle station were chatting and didn't seem inclined to cook for customers. I ordered a bowl, and they were very impatient. The egg-frying station next door even put out the flame! Even more outrageous, after we finished eating around 10:30, a few guys who had arrived just in time for breakfast found the hotel had turned off all the restaurant lights. These guys were eating in the dark! Haha, unbelievable!

The service was acceptable. As for the facilities… well, the elevator is shared, which isn't a major issue. However, the room air conditioning can't be controlled manually; it has to be controlled by the front desk. The first room's air conditioning was broken, so we were moved to another room. After that, both of our rooms were unbearably hot because the air conditioning wasn't self-controlled. The front desk must have set it to the highest setting, and opening the windows made it too cold.
Secondly, the hot water system takes half an hour to get hot water. I was in a rush to run errands in the morning and had to wait half an hour for lukewarm water. These two major flaws are really unacceptable. The staff were very nice.
The front desk also provides makeup remover wipes and dental floss, which is commendable. The service was very thoughtful. However, the hardware facilities are baffling. Hotel management should consider how to address the temperature control and hot water issues.

This stay at the four-star hotel was fantastic! The receptionist was warm and efficient, proactively introducing the surrounding transportation and hotel facilities during check-in, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was fully equipped and well-maintained, with a smart toilet, fast Wi-Fi, and a comfortable mattress, perfectly meeting my travel needs. Cleanliness was impeccable, with even the bathroom corners spotless. The breakfast was plentiful, with hot dishes, snacks, and fruit—all fresh and delicious, perfect for starting the day with energy. Highly recommended!

This was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

Guest UserBefore coming to this hotel, the check-in process at the front desk was very efficient, and the front desk staff was polite and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I had a very restful night's sleep. The surrounding area is convenient for getting around and has complete amenities. The overall experience was fantastic, and I'm very satisfied! I'll definitely recommend it to my friends! When booking, we received complimentary breakfast and late check-out, which enhanced our stay. They even proactively upgraded our room type, which was excellent!!! This is my top choice for accommodation in Aksu!!!

The lady in the lobby was very welcoming. Seeing that we had a lot of luggage, she immediately used a cart to help us move our luggage. She even pushed it a long way to deliver it to the room. The front desk staff had a good attitude and helped us upgrade the room. The room was very large. The surrounding environment of the hotel was very beautiful.
