4-Star Hotels in Aksu City

Our last stop in Southern Xinjiang was a very pleasant stay! They offered complimentary breakfast, and when we asked for local food recommendations, they suggested 'Warehouse No. 3 Restaurant,' which had excellent ambiance, service, and dishes. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Since we had a late flight, the front desk attendant kindly arranged for a late check-out after learning about our situation. It was a truly delightful experience.

I booked it on Ctrip, and at first I saw that the front door of the hotel was not very conspicuous! The name is also very tongue-in-cheek, but the moment you enter the hall, your eyes light up! The decoration is grand and fashionable, with mosaic marble floors and light-colored wood grain boards on the walls! Makes people feel very warm and comfortable! It’s 7 meters high! Bright and clean! It makes people restless and depressed! The front office staff immediately stood up with a smile and completed the formalities very politely and calmly! The room is very clean! About 30 square meters! Don't feel crowded! Breakfast is on the 7th floor, directly connected to the elevator. What is touching is that there is no person to collect meal tickets! No one asked you how many people there are in that room! I gained a lot of goodwill at once. This boss is very good at doing business and very generous! I hope to stay in this hotel again when I come to Aksu again!

The room is big! The bedding is absolutely perfect! Super super comfortable. The whole house is small and super convenient. Very new, very clean and super comfortable. The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home! The breakfast is very rich and the service ladies are also very good! Super super good! Super recommended place! Renewed! I will live next time I come back! That's right! And robots deliver takeaways

This was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

Our stay at the Vienna Hotel for our Aksu trip was very comfortable, thanks to the incredibly diligent staff. We stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was delicious, and they kept our room pleasant and clean. The shuttle service to Aksu train station was also a great convenience. Special thanks to the staff who helped us find travel pamphlets and a rental car. On top of that, the people of Aksu are genuinely hospitable to visitors. ^^ I'll definitely be back to explore the endless deserts and canyons of Aksu.

Highly recommended! The entire experience from check-in to check-out was pleasant. The room was clean and hygienic, well-equipped, and the bedding was very comfortable; I slept soundly until morning. Excellent value for money! The hotel's design is stylish; both the lobby and rooms are impressive, and the location is superb! Although located in a bustling area, the rooms were very soundproofed, making it very quiet at night and not disturbing my rest at all. There are also many options for eating, drinking, and entertainment nearby. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time; it's truly amazing and highly recommended!

My first impression of the hotel wasn't great. The road in front was closed, and the street outside was packed with parked cars! It took us ages to find the parking entrance. The female security guard at the entrance had a really bad attitude. She was there for both check-in and check-out. When we asked for a luggage cart, she just wheeled it over and stared at us, not offering to help. We had to specifically ask her to move each bag. It was the same when we checked out. Eventually, we just gave up and moved our own luggage to the car. We've been on a road trip, and this is the first time we've encountered anything like it! I initially let it go during check-in, thinking she was a female security guard and perhaps working hard, but since it happened again at check-out, I have to mention it. It really tarnishes Hilton's image, doesn't it? Also, the room felt a bit small. The bathroom and shower are together, and it felt like the door couldn't even open properly. I strongly suggest installing some hooks and towel rails; having none at all is really inconvenient! There were some good points though. The bathroom had a non-slip mat, which most Hampton by Hilton hotels on our trip didn't. With my elderly mother, safety comes first, and normally when I ask hotels for one, they can only give us another floor mat. Another plus was the humidifier in the room. That was a lifesaver! Sometimes on our trip, my throat felt so dry at night. As someone from the south, I'm giving a big thumbs up for the humidifier!

This hotel, formerly a high-end business hotel, is a bit dated now, showing its age, but it still retains its former grandeur. There's parking available at the entrance; it used to be free but now costs 10 yuan at most. They offer airport transfer service. The bedding is very comfortable, the room is clean, and the housekeeping staff on my floor were very friendly. The food on the third floor is delicious, and the breakfast is abundant, with free shoe-shining service provided during breakfast. Even the security guards are very welcoming. The hotel is a bit old, but still suitable for business travelers. However, there's an older woman at the front desk, with noticeably narrow, 'triangular' eyes (Han ethnicity), who acts as if everyone owes her money. Communicating with her is very unpleasant, and it's not the first or second time this has happened.

The experience is very good. The environment and sanitation are also very good. The lady at the front desk is very gentle. The sound insulation is also very good. It is very suitable for sisters to travel. The facilities are relatively new. The location is also very good. It is surrounded by bustling areas.

Aksu has a lot of fun places. It is very convenient to choose this hotel. There are big shopping malls nearby. There are many places to eat. There is a large parking lot at the door. It is very convenient for self-driving tours to stay for a few more days.
