GGuest UserThis stay experience really exceeded expectations! The hotel facilities are very intimate, there is a free laundry room and free parking, which is particularly convenient for people who travel. The security guard was very enthusiastic and saw that we took the initiative to help with our luggage. The attitude was gentle and responsible. The front desk staff is attentive, the check-in efficiency is high, the whole process is patiently answering questions, and the attitude is kind. The room is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the overall details are in place, the price is super high, I will choose here next time, highly recommended!

The location is close to the business district/high-speed rail station, and it is super convenient to travel. The room is quiet and soundproof, the office rest is not wrong, the network speed is stable, and the breakfast is full. The service is professional and efficient, the check-out is fast and does not delay the itinerary, and the business travel is the first choice.

The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home!
The breakfast is very rich and the service ladies are also very good! Super super good! Super recommended place! Renewed! I will live next time I come back!

This time Aksu trip, choosing Pudong Holiday Hotel is really the right choice! The location of the hotel is too convenient, more than 20 minutes walk from Aksu Station, there is a large free parking lot by car, parking is not stressful. The front desk was warm and efficient when checking in, and I also unexpectedly received a surprise for free upgrade of the room, and the instant goodwill was full.
The rooms are spacious and bright, the layout is reasonable and not crowded, the bedding is clean and soft, and the sleep is particularly fragrant. The bathroom is designed to separate dry and wet, the hot water is sufficient and stable, and the sink is also intimately equipped with laundry detergent, and the details are full. The most amazing thing is breakfast, the category is super rich, the Chinese and Western dishes are complete, there is no need to eat extra lunch, and the price is directly full.
The hotel facilities are also very complete, the laundry and drying are fully equipped, solving the problem of laundry on the journey. The Shanghai bistro on the first floor can eat authentic local dishes, and the taste is light and suitable for the whole family to share. Although it is close to the transportation hub, the room has good sound insulation and is particularly quiet at night. NNengrenyishiThis was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

GGuest UserStaying at Minghua Hotel for the food, the front desk service is great! They've upgraded my room for free every time. The breakfast is especially delicious with a wide variety of options, and the facilities are excellent. Plus, you can do laundry for free!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has been built for a long time, and both the software and hardware need to be upgraded. There was a big hole in one corner of the elevator, and the room was filled with the atmosphere of the 1990s. Because I was tired from traveling for days, I slept soundly at night.
