The beautiful receptionist was very welcoming. The room was newly renovated and equipped with smart technology. Laundry and a fitness center are all available. The place was clean, and the breakfast was particularly rich. My takeout order was delivered by the hotel's robot (👍). The stay was a great experience. (I took a few quick photos before leaving.) I'd say this hotel is one of the better ones I've stayed in. I give it a thumbs up. 👍👍👍

The hotel lobby is spacious, perfect for reading or working. The robot delivery service was also very convenient. The breakfast selection, including fruits, was delicious and to my liking. The staff were exceptionally enthusiastic and helpful. Thumbs up!

The receptionist always smiles and patiently answers my various questions, making me feel at home. The spacious and cleanliness of the room also made me very satisfied. The layout of the room is reasonable, the space is well used, and there is no sense of crowding. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bedding and towels were fresh, and it could be seen that they were carefully cleaned and disinfected. The sanitary condition in the room is impeccable, every corner is cleaned, and the details are handled very well. The richness of the breakfast exceeded my expectations. There are many varieties, both local specialties and Western breakfast options. The ingredients are fresh and delicious, and every dish can be seen to be made with care. Especially their freshly ground coffee, rich aroma, mellow taste, added a lot of vitality to my morning. Overall, this hotel has performed very well in terms of service quality, room environment or catering provision. It is a very pleasant stay experience and highly recommended to everyone.

The room is big! The bedding is absolutely perfect! Super super comfortable. The whole house is small and super convenient. Very new, very clean and super comfortable. The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home! The breakfast is very rich and the service ladies are also very good! Super super good! Super recommended place! Renewed! The service experience is very good. Although the elevator just broke down at midnight and coincided with the holiday, there were a lot of luggage, but the service staff were very enthusiastic to help solve the problem of carrying the box upstairs.

This was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

This hotel, formerly a high-end business hotel, is a bit dated now, showing its age, but it still retains its former grandeur. There's parking available at the entrance; it used to be free but now costs 10 yuan at most. They offer airport transfer service. The bedding is very comfortable, the room is clean, and the housekeeping staff on my floor were very friendly. The food on the third floor is delicious, and the breakfast is abundant, with free shoe-shining service provided during breakfast. Even the security guards are very welcoming. The hotel is a bit old, but still suitable for business travelers. However, there's an older woman at the front desk, with noticeably narrow, 'triangular' eyes (Han ethnicity), who acts as if everyone owes her money. Communicating with her is very unpleasant, and it's not the first or second time this has happened.

The hotel has been built for a long time, and both the software and hardware need to be upgraded. There was a big hole in one corner of the elevator, and the room was filled with the atmosphere of the 1990s. Because I was tired from traveling for days, I slept soundly at night.

The hotel is very close to the train station, just a few hundred meters away. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel facilities and environment are very good, and it is kept very clean. The front desk service is excellent.
