The toilet and shower room had brown glass doors that were completely transparent when there was light. In other words, when I went to the toilet or shower, I could see everything outside. You can imagine that I was carrying a 16-year-old How embarrassing it is for my child

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to attractions, with a park right across the street. It's also within walking distance of the old town night market, where the evening performances are lively and plentiful. The hotel front desk staff were very friendly, and they even offer free airport shuttle service! Thumbs up!

Although the room is large, when I came back at night after going out on the day of check-in, the toilet/bathroom overflowed with the smell of sewerage. After one night, the smell became even stronger! After checking the past reviews on the booking platform again, it turns out that guests pointed out the same problem in the first half of last year (and the same comments appeared again in the first half of this year). At that time, the hotel replied that they would carry out repairs, but the problem still exists! The room I was given was not upgraded but downgraded. Did the front desk clerk never know that the room would smell bad? Very disappointed.
