The hotel facilities are very intimate, there is a free laundry room and free parking, which is particularly convenient for people who travel. The security guard was very enthusiastic and saw that we took the initiative to help with our luggage. The attitude was gentle and responsible. The front desk staff is attentive, the check-in efficiency is high, the whole process is patiently answering questions, and the attitude is kind. The room is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the overall details are in place, the price is super high, I will choose here next time, highly recommended!

The location is close to the business district/high-speed rail station, and it is super convenient to travel. The room is quiet and soundproof, the office rest is not wrong, the network speed is stable, and the breakfast is full. The staff has a strong sense of quality service. Although I only stayed in Aksu for one day, everyone I met, from the manager to the beautiful lady at the front desk, were very polite. The hotel's management in this regard is in place. The hotel is very clean. One detail can reflect this. The hotel has two washing machines and two dryers. The washing machines are clean. There is freshly ground coffee at the front desk of the hotel. There are cute succulents in the guest building. These are all what I like. There is free on-site parking.
Recommended stay.

GGuest User6號凌晨下的飛機，開了一路找過來，首先招牌就很大，就在路邊非常好找，停車位雖然是露天的，但很寬敞，有提供停車票，很方便。辦理入住時有一點點小問題，加上很累，但前台夜班小姐姐尼格爾非常耐心快速地解決了問題，房間非常整潔寬敞，床品也很舒服，雖然離馬路近，但隔音非常好，送餐由機器人送，保護了私隱，在熱門商圈周圍訂到這麼好的酒店特別開心。 最重要的有一點，每個人服務態度都非常好，不管從門口的保安大叔（會幫忙拉門推行李）到前台人員都笑容滿面，讓人心情非常好，尤其是陳玉霞經理（特別好）。

From the beginning of arriving at the hotel, the goodwill will rise directly. The location of the hotel is very convenient, the surrounding travel and foraging are very convenient, there is an exclusive parking area by car, there is no need to bother to find a parking space, especially friendly to tourists. Entering the lobby, the environment is clean and elegant, the lighting is soft and warm, there is no noise, the overall atmosphere is quiet and healing, and the fatigue of the journey is instantly eliminated. The front desk staff service is super intimate, the check-in efficiency is very high, the attitude is gentle and courteous, and the initiative and patience to explain the hotel facilities, breakfast time and surrounding play guides. The details of the service are particularly in place, which makes people feel warm.
The rooms are full of surprises, spacious and transparent, with excellent lighting and ventilation, and the whole is clean and tidy to impeccable. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, fluffy and comfortable, the pillows are moderately soft and hard, lie down and sleep well all night, completely drive away the tired journey. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, the hot water is fast, the water pressure is stable, the cleaning is spotless, there is no smell and sanitary corners at all. SSuperAnn28The room was nice, clean and spacious enough. At first the TV didn't work, the front desk was very enthusiastic and sent someone to fix it. The breakfast was also very good and rich. I took my elders out for a trip and they loved the breakfast. The only downside was that we booked two rooms, and the guest upstairs in one of them was very noisy. They made noise all night, which affected our rest. The soundproofing of hotels is generally not very good, which is understandable. The main reason is that the guests were too uncultured and made noise all night. 😡
