GGuest UserIt's a bit of a mixed bag. The upside is the underground garage, but the entrance is a bit tricky, making it difficult for me to get in and out in my Tank 300. I had to adjust the angle on the ground first. Also, no one told me to get the door slip, so I couldn't get out on the first day and had to go back to the front desk to get it.
The room was quite spacious. I booked two days but only checked in for one. The next day, I couldn't open the door. I asked the front desk, and they said I didn't tell them when I checked in. ”(°ヘ°) Didn't they see it when I checked in? You still have to remind me to grant my room card access for two days?! Especially since they only gave me a one-day breakfast voucher after checking in on the first day. I told them I was staying two days, so they supposedly gave me both vouchers. So, how could they not know I was staying two days? Well, I didn't want to be unhappy during the holidays, so I kept quiet. I went upstairs and opened the door. The door was messed up, but was the bed made? =_= The towels on the bathroom floor weren't even picked up the day before. 😓 Okay, they emptied the trash can for me, which solved the immediate problem. Everything else was manageable and wouldn't affect my continued stay.
Breakfast was available, but the main course was a bit shabby. One small steamed bun was enough for 5-6 small groups of people. Dining was for the family of 5 next door and the 3 of us. We had to go back and forth 3 times to get the main course, because we might not get it all at once. We would sit down to eat, and when it came, no one would get a single portion, so we would wait for the new ones to arrive before going back for more. 😥

GGuest UserThis is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Aksu. The toothbrushes are even better than the ones at home, the receptionist is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, and parking is free! 😋

Bboy meThe location is more convenient as a whole, the stay has been quite satisfactory, there is a pick-up service, but this time I got off the plane in the early morning and asked to pick up the plane. The staff said that they needed to make an appointment in advance or wait for an hour to pick up the plane. The reason is that the hotel's pick-up driver is Is this reason related to pick-up service? I hope the management of the hotel can keep up, making the hotel better and better and the business is booming!

GGuest UserThis stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is convenient. Free laundry, a full range of toiletries, and even complimentary toilet seat covers were thoughtful touches. Shopping and dining options nearby are incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the heated toilet was a nice touch. This hotel is truly excellent, offering great value for money. A very satisfying stay and highly recommended!

GGuest UserOversized room! The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Parking spaces are very sufficient. There is a large yard in the park to stroll around. There is a parking space next to the main entrance to wash the car by yourself, which is still necessary for washing the windshield in the Kashgar area. Miss Bar is serious in her work, and she found out that I paid more when I was dining. Overall very satisfied and highly recommended. 5 stars is the upper limit of the Trip.com APP, not my upper limit
