房間有一股很濃的味道，不知道是不是空氣清新劑，太嗆鼻子了，床品很硬，床上有兩個靠背，我都不知道是多久沒洗了，上面的污漬很嚴重，都在掉灰，麻煩酒店的管理部門能不能着重一下房間衞生，前台已經訂好了，到酒店開房間，前台説沒有網，讓人等了小半個小時，本來開了一天車就很累，早上早早的就走了也沒有拍照真的很臟

提前兩個月預訂了20平米的標準大床房，到店給了10平米不到的特價房間（3231房間），到前台要求換房，****女士忽悠我説給我的房間就是標準大床房，我們堅持要求換房間，戴眼鏡女士告訴我沒有房間，態度極為惡劣，説我無理取鬧，為了維權我錄了視頻，戴眼鏡女士報警，説我侵犯她肖像權。警察過來了解情況後要求前台解決問題，前台在糾紛過程中把所有房間給了很晚才到的旅行社，沒有其他解決方案，最後把我們換到二樓按摩房。看在警察叔叔的面子上，我們衹能睡按摩床湊合一夜，全程有視頻記錄，前台****女士態度惡劣，幼稚可笑，這條差評就是給她的！

非常不推薦來阿克蘇玩的朋友們預訂這家酒店！
首先這家酒店應該是會所改的，或者説就是一半會所一半酒店，裏面的氛圍非常…
再者入住那天前台説沒有大床了幫忙免費升級豪華大床，本來還挺高興，一進房間直接無語了。正常新疆有兩點退房，三個小時（下午五點）去入住甚至都還沒來得及打掃。然後説分配的豪華間，户型真的噁心（看圖吧，一個長走廊加一個小小的床），我猜就是之前會所裏小姐休息的地方😅。
你要是平台上沒房了早點下架啊，腆着臉説什麼免費升級。如果被安排到這個房間建議大家直接退訂別住。門口就是阿姨放衞生車的走廊，一開門味道巨大😇，p2p3兩個窗户都莫名其妙沒有窗簾，遮光太差。甚至床對着的頂上還有兩扇窗户，門口的燈就直直的打進來。
最近酒店又在裝修，給朋友安排的房間就對着電梯，吵的也根本睡不好。就這個價位在阿克蘇寧願多加點也別住這了。
最後説早上的早餐，九點半去就剩下一點見底的小米粥和五六個饅頭，要是提供不起早餐就直接別提供，搞得跟打發叫花子似的😅
唯一還説得過去的就是前台人還行吧。

這酒店性價比高，位置好，周圍有許多餐廳，吃飯方便，有24小時超市，酒店三樓有個露台，早餐服務員很好，我們兩天都是因為趕時間，8點就去吃飯，因為8點半正式開餐，服人員8點就讓我們進去吃了，早餐也很好，非常感謝！
