Top-notch! Excellent value for money during the off-season. The hygiene was superb, and the location was great – really close to Barkhor Street on foot. The facilities were also very good. My only issue was the altitude sickness keeping me awake... but seriously, it's really, really good!

The room was great! They delivered my takeout right up to my room, and there was even an oxygen concentrator inside, though it was a bit noisy. The lady at the front desk was fantastic, and the security guard at the entrance was also very helpful with my luggage. The room was nice and warm.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. There was no breakfast, but upon entering, saffron tea was offered. We got a free upgrade to a one-bedroom suite with two large, comfortable beds. When a room became available in the middle of the night, they also provided us with an oxygen concentrator, which allowed us to sleep with the door closed. This was my first time in Lhasa with three elderly family members. The hotel's facilities were quite complete, and although it's a bit older, it's well-maintained. The hotel is very close to Barkhor Street and Potala Palace Barkhor Mall. Service: The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We had booked a twin room, but she proactively upgraded us to a family suite! The room was spacious and decorated with unique ethnic characteristics. Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, even including a medical oxygen concentrator! They also provide nasal cannulas. I really liked this hotel. The room was excellent, very spacious and clean. There were welcome snacks: milk tablets, milk jujubes, and a highland barley milk pastry, two each day. They were perfect for replenishing energy. The bed was large and very comfortable; it didn't shake much when I turned over. The room had an oxygen concentrator, a humidifier, a tea set, and a kettle.
