環境設施已經配不上房價了，還是20年前的老樣子，椅子上窗簾上臟兮兮的，是個大酒店好地段，但是已經配不上現在的市場了

服務非常差，衞生間臭死了，洗手沒有熱水，房間特別冷，房間的設施設備不如小的一個賓館，千萬別喝用他們茶葉，茶葉裏面有小蜘蛛，我們在14∶00之前我給查房員打個招呼要退房，從10樓坐電梯下來已經12∶07分鐘，前台員態度很惡劣，威脅性很強 給我説直接從按金里扣半天的費用，我把情況給前台員解釋情況她態度很惡劣，我建議不在這裏住宿。

房間夠大，就是衞生間洗漱條件太差。幾乎沒有熱水，每次洗澡都要打電話給前台要熱水。放了幾十分鐘都沒有熱水。真是心疼無比太浪費了。老闆的心太大了。增加一個循環泵也要不了多少錢？開門不好開。真是抱着金飯碗，都不曉得珍惜。這裏唯一就是給保潔阿姨點贊。給前台維簇服務員點贊。雖然語言交流困難但是他們服務是熱情的。總之。酒店的硬件應該升級了！
