El Mouradi Club Selima

Not anything like advertised pictures, the place is filthy. No clean towels in the room. That’s after a 5 hr wait to get in it. Rooms dirty and broken furniture .Food and beverages recycled from other guests leftovers and served again. All inclusive ???? Vodka, whiskey or beer that’s it and again recycled soft drinks poured into Fanta or coke bottles. If you are just looking at reviews before you book then go elsewhere and if you have booked phone your agent now and change. There is no pool bar as advertised and snacks are non existent. Pool area filthy and broken. I have been to Tunisia a few times and the place and people are lovely, please don’t let this be your first experience. I see all replies to negative reviews has been copy and paste so I fully expect that also. Please don’t waste your money or risk your health, book a different hotel. This place in all honesty should be shut down

It’s my first time in Tunisia in el mouradi club selima and I really liked and had fun with the animation team every day they entertained us with different activities and everyone enjoyed it and the show time team danced very good and everyone enjoyed it.

Hotel was a little dated most staff friendly and helpful. Animation team were all brilliant and helpful. Pool and bar area were lovely too food was good. Always nice and clean. Entertainment was good every night. The team Would get everyone up and dancing away. Rooms cleaned everyday and fresh towels I would mayb come back another time.

What can you say about this hotel? First impressions are lovely. We got there had to wait two hours for our rooms. The rooms are very old and dirty. Me and my friends stayed here for two weeks. We had one lot of clean towels and our beds was changed once the whole time we were there my room never got cleaned but they cleaned the balcony which I could never understand. it had one bar open and are limited drinks I asked for bottled water to take to my room on many occasions. I was told no. There was no snack bar in the day they put a tray of food by the bar. there’s no fridges hairdryers in the rooms. It is nothing like the pictures on the Internet all entertainment is done in the nightclub where people are smoking and children do their mini disco. It’s absolutely disgusting. It’s not disabled friendly and if you find steps hard to go up and down this place is full of them and if you complain about anything, you don’t get anywhere it says all inclusive but it’s not because you’ve got to pay extra mattresses for the sunbeds are five dinar a day that’s by the pool and on the beach the bar by reception, you have to pay for drinks if you want to have a drink there. Most of the staff are nice some of them are really rude they asked you for cigarettes. Even the guards on the gates asked you to get them cigarettes when you go out of the gates to go to the shop. We were sat by the pool there was work going on they were painting doing things round the pool. It wasn’t a relaxing holiday. The entertainment team are really good. The only thing is there’s a few of them that spend all their time pestering young girls which isn’t very nice to see. I would not recommend this hotel. It’s the worst hotel I’ve been to in Tunisia.

There was 8 in our party one being a 2 year child !! When we arrived they couldn’t find our booking !! So they told us to go get something to eat !! We are all tired & stressed by this time !! When we came back they had sorted out rooms for us 🤣 well if that’s what you can call them !! They were dark and dingy smelled of smoke and damp we were all split up all over the complex!! No wifi in any rooms only the club !! Which was an inconvenience as we couldn’t contact anyone!! We complained about the rooms and miraculous they found us 4 rooms all together!! They we expecting a 2 year old to sleep on a bunkbed with a hard tiled floor no offer of a cot !! No fridges in rooms to keep drinks cold !! And the rooms & tvs very dated and didn’t work properly nothing like the brouchures advertising the hotel !! The food was diabolical it was meant to be multiple choice it was repetitive and vile !! We asked for water on more then on occasion and got refused until we complained!! Especially as you have to use the water to clean your teeth etc !! We got told we were drinking to much !! The whole complex was a disaster from start to finish !! The entertainment of an evening was in a carpeted room and you could smoke in there it was disgusting 🤢 all inclusive means you offer food throughout the day this was not the case !! There was a limited bar too !! Beer wine of vodka nothing else unless you complained!! Definitely a waste of money we will not be going back!!!

First thing we see in the room was the toilet leaking always making noise, the tv didn’t work and the balcony door didn’t close all the way. So they moved us to a different room and this room was not much better. The rooms in the photos on the website are completely different to the rooms we have seen. They say it’s all inclusive but you have to pay for icecream and sunbeds. And if you want to play football in the courts you have to pay. The bar there was so poor that you had to walk all the way down to the main bar just to get a drink, because they don’t want to open the bar up at the pool yet. And the drinks you have come in a little plastic cup like I’m a kid. The food here was not the best, most nights we had to eat out, just so we could eat. We fully understand traditional food, but there’s kids and people with various allergies etc, typical simplistic food would have safised. When the cleaner come in to clean the room they moved all of are clothes around. Like don’t touch my stuff. Overall, not satisfied and won’t be returning the pictures used on various holiday websites of the hotel/rooms etc are very deceiving. Slides aren’t open due to not having a license for it which isn’t stated prior to coming, why show them if you cannot use them?
