They re arranged me to their second building call Susanna Hotel which is even better, it is very close to Luxor Temple and market.
They helped to pack the breakfast for me as I have to depart from the hotel early for a tour.

The hotel was a disappointing experience overall. The facilities are outdated and in dire need of renovation, making the stay feel uncomfortable from the start. Hygiene was a major issue, with smelly towels and poor-quality bedding that made it hard to relax. On top of that, the staff's behavior was off-putting, constantly expecting gratitude and tips for basic services. While the location is okay and close to a market, the journey to the hotel involves passing through areas where locals often approach asking for money, which can feel overwhelming. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Overall it is a nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and they are really trying their best to make you feel comfortable and at home. I only have a couple of points for improvement. First of all their bathroom is very old fashioned and can be much more hygienic. Second, we stayed at a room for 3 people and the room only had 1 charging pit and 1 in the bathroom. Third, the breakfast was okay and the lunch and dinner options are nice, however it took a long time before dinner arrived. Lastly, the wifi. You need a separate password for every device but after scrolling or calling for 5 minutes you finish your “balance” and need a new password. Not very practical for tourists. Like I said the hotel is nice and I would recommend it, but be cautious about the things I mentioned above.

Our view from the hotel room was so good. The hotel is close to one mall and you can shop your souveniers from there. Foods are good. In december sea was cold but it is okay. We had fun!
