El año pasado estuvimos aquí y todo fue muy bien. Hemos repetido y la calidad ha bajado. La comida sigue más o menos igual. En lo que hemos notado muchas diferencia es en la limpieza. No cambian las sábanas, camas mal hechas, baño con muchos detalles sin terminar, etc. Es increíble que siendo un hotel de cuatro estrellas, el desayuno sea tan simple y cobren tres euros por una mísera copa de zumo de naranja. Una pena está bajada en su calidad.

Bonito y tranquilo hotel para pasar unos días en el balneario. Las habitaciones son amplias y bien iluminadas, televisión grande, buena calefacción y buen wifi. El personal del comedor muy amable y atento con los clientes, especialmente Paola, y no tan amable el de recepción. ¿Cosas a mejorar? Hay discriminación entre clientes, los de "primera" entran en el comedor principal, con grandes ventanales y mesas amplias, y los de "segunda", los que vamos por el Imserso, vamos a un comedor pequeño, sin ventanas y con las mesas pequeñas para cuatro personas, además no nos dan opción a elegir hora de comida, teníamos que entrar a las 14:30 h. para la comida y a las 21:30 para la cena, excesivamente tarde. En cuanto al buffet he de decir que era muy muy sencillo, pero la comida estaba bien elaborada. En cuanto a las habitaciones no me gustó que el piso de la ducha es igual que el resto del baño, es decir azulejos que resbalan, y el lavabo no tiene sifón, con lo cual había olor a poza todo el rato si no lo tapábamos.

Hemos estado seis días de lujo,las comidas servidas en mesa con unas camareras simpatiquísimos y muy atentas,los tratamientos muy buenos ,destacar en administración a Víctor muy resolutivo, y Mariví en oxígeno, Nieves,luisa y en especial toda la plantilla del comedor,muy recomendable,para volver👍👍 también Gema en las actividades

Rien à dire,sauf le matelas un peu trop mou. Le cadre verdoyant et serein nous apaise. Le centre thermal juste à 2 minutes à pied en passant par le parc. Un grand parking gratuit se trouve juste en face. Le petit déjeuner est correct et bien fourni. Bref que du bonheur.

Un bel hôtel qui ne tient pas ses promesses.
Bel hôtel dans un joli village au bord d’un lac artificiel, donnant accès direct aux installations thermales. L’intérieur de l’hotel est très beau, avec sa table monumentale, son escalier principal, ses balcons et ses ferronneries.
Incompréhension à la réservation, après avoir demandé le prix d’un grand lit par rapport à un lit double, le grand lit nous a été attribué dans notre accord préalable, ainsi que les 20€ supplémentaires qui allaient avec.
Mauvaise expérience au restaurant : viande de mauvaise qualité (un comble en Extremadure), crevettes pas assez cuites, et personnel pas vraiment sympathique.
Nous avons eu la malchance d’avoir une chambre donnant sur la terrasse du bar, bruyante jusqu’à 0h30. Par ailleurs, dans la chambre, on entend très très les activités des voisins.
Le petit-déjeuner est très bon.

Não estavamos hospedados no hotel,mas fomos uma noite jantar ao restaurante. Comida muito boa e bem confeccionada e apresentada, pratos com uma decoração top. O preço e bom para este tipo de hotel. Recomendo a quem estiver por alange.

Es caro y pésimamente mal gestionado. Me dan la primera noche la 240. Abrimos el balcón y hay telarañas. En el baño no hay ni una pastillo de jabón. Vamos, ni la posada del peine. Bajamos a desayunar. Puedes tomar tortilla revuelta, pero si pides un huevo frito te cobran 6 euros. No hay un solo zumo natural. Nos cambiamos de habitación. Nos dan una, la 334, que vale 144 euros por persona. UN ABUSO DE PRECIO. Tampoco tiene pastilla de jabón, ni geles, champú y lo mínimo que debiera tener un hotel de 4 estrellas. Vas al Spa o al jardín y no te dejan llevar la toalla. Te tienes que poner sin nada en la tumbona de plástico. El jardín del spa lo cierran al mediodía. ¡Vaya birria si resulta que estás un día y te cierran lo que venden como atracción! La gente hace cola para entrar a las 5pm al spa. Parece un colegio. Pedimos dos copas de vino para probar un vino en la habitación. Nos dicen que nos dan dos vasos, pero que tenemos que comprar agua. En el Hotel Acualange el cliente es el reo, no el rey. Tienen todos los criterios deun buen equivocados. Nosotros no volveremos. Y ojo los que piensen en organizar una boda, primera comunión o bautizo... Mejor pensárselo dos veces.
