Unfortunately level of this place has dropped down since the pandemic covid19. Worst cleaning, smell in the bath room, broken equipment,. low quality of the meal. really disappointed... hope this hotel will become a nice place again ... this place has a high potential. Perfect territory... The hotel has even a small garden with flowers and a terrace. It is really an advantage for the city hotel.

The hotel is on the first line from Cleopatra Beach, this is a major plus. Several buildings, good food, and swimming pools.

It is a very good facility for its price, food and breakfast were good, I think the only shortcoming is that it does not have a beach, there should be slippers in the rooms.

The headquarters of the Paragliding World Cup is located here, so I chose to live here. Very good value for money hotel, comfortable and cozy, beach roadside. The three meals a day also have something to suit your own taste. The hotel also has a variety of daily necessities in the canteen, as well as fee-based services such as hairdressing, sauna, and massage. I am busy with practice and competitions, and I haven’t enjoyed the free swimming pool, table tennis, and gym. I have a chance to come again Go, enjoy a cabaret show while having dinner. A great place for a family vacation.

Good hotel for your money. First line, great beach. Food is good, everything is there.

Hi everyone, just got back from Kleopatra royal palm Alanya. Flight was good with Sunexpress, went through customs etc to our transfer had to wait a bit but 8 other passengers got on and were so gobby we were glad when they got off. Anyway arrived at hotel at 8.55 and got sent straight into get food,then he checked us in. We had room 308 pool view 1 tiny balcony (enough,if you smoked) and then found a bigger balcony, table and chairs, pull out clothes airer. Because we were in a family room 2 more beds great. You get 2 small bottles of water,but can fill up in restaurant and outside by bar,take a 2pin adapter, we only found 1 in each room and when I used my kettle had to unplug fridge. There is a shop on site which sells most items, but a little bit farther along road is a supermarket. Pool bar only has gin ,vodka,raki ,whisky, cola,sprite and tonic,red and white wine and of course Beer .Much to my surprise they use GLASS around the pool and when it gets broken takes forever to clear up sooo dangerous. Food acceptable even had chips for breakfast. The beach is about 3 min away and is no 3 beach,beds are not part of A/I you can pay for your beds at hotel ,also food and drink on beach is not part of A/I ,don't know why, as it is billed to RP Kleopatra. A very nice beach beds good with mattresses and parasol, take beach shoes as the sand is very very hot water nice and warm but waves can sometimes knock you over. We had a pirate ship one day and it's from a man on corner near supermarket with a large green parasol only 15€with transfers ,food and soft drinks included. We really enjoyed our time in Turkey the hotel the beach the lads on the beach were great by the way ,the staff at hotel ,everyone were not pushy so go and have a wonderful experience. By the way euros are widely used

We arrived at 6 o’clock in the morning transfer was three hours got to our room went on the Veranda my friend slipped. Didn’t think anything of it arrived home yesterday. She went A&E fractured foot and fractured elbow the air-conditioning leaking all over the balcony three times we reported it before it got fixed. That’s how my friend slipped. If you are English don’t go the bar staff rude reception staff rude they do not cater for the English food not the best no ice cream the only nice person in the hotel is the man who cooks the chips outside other than that every single member of staff are rude. This is an honest review book somewhere else

We were there at the opening of the hotel and everything was very nice. We relaxed and enjoyed a nice seaside experience. Thank you to the ANIMATION team for entertaining us with the activities. Staff very friendly great service . great Beach Klopatra

Worst all inclusive i have ever been too. Food is repetitive, No ice cream for the kids, Staff are rude and No entertainment. WiFi is €13 per device!!! I’m glad we only stayed for a week! Would never return to this hotel but the area is nice and the beach is beautiful. I’m not sure who writes the “Good” reviews maybe staff members!! Had an amazing meal at the Blue Hawaii along the road and there’s also shop that sales homemade Turkish delight which is lovely compared to the already boxed ones.

Sunset Restaurant is absolutely amazing. Brilliant atmosphere with the best staff and brilliant food. Staff more than happy to help with all requests and even sat with us and played games throughout the evening. Come see the main man Cinoo at Sunset Restaurant for a great evening.

At the sunset restaurant The experience was so amazing, he gave me good advice on when to go. The food was amazing!! And the drinks was cheap and good! I highly recommend this place for people to visit and they will leave the place very happy!! The best person was cinooo!!!!

Went to sun set restaurant was amazing the drinks and food was really good would totally recommend to come here when you come the staff are really friendly especially cinoo he told us what was the best things to do while in Alanya would recommend getting martins special cocktail was delicious 10/10 experience

The sunset restaurant is amazing staff amazing and friendly especially cinooo . Food is 10 10 make you surprise drinks and would recommend martins special shot . very interactive with us and other customers honestly the best experience here . The all inclusive hotel not that good food is awful gave us all an upset stomach however the rest of the hotel is good nice rooms cleaned everyday had sea and pool view rooms working air conditioning and staff are also really lovely when we arrived they took us stright to dinner before checking us in as it was about to close and we arrived late . Overall experience was rlly nice would come back but not all inclusive as would go to sunset restaurant for the amazing food and drinks

The hotel was great! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I found all the reviews online I saw was mainly BAD reviews and putting the place down! BUT actually I am glad I’ve came to this place as don’t believe reviews! This hotel is great! Great food, great attitude from the workers but mostly I really enjoyed spending every evening out the beach front side in the hotels sunset cafe with cinoo! Very good food and drinks and again great staff! Friendly and helpful! Thank you
