Don't fix anything. Don't have a luggage cart for a 4 story hotel. Have gates that lock even the guest out and u have to go all the way around front of building to get in. I don't see how it's legal to charge $150 deposit cuz if something gets broke and they keep your deposit that don't use the money to replace it!

Ok hotel but have a ridiculous deposit! $150 I don't see why hotels are allowed to charge a deposit when they don't even fix or replace the things that get broken! They just pocket the money.

They should have done a better job at room cleaning.

Run down, low water pressure. Dirty., rude service, no breakfast

Thing were broken tv did work well no microwave

They don’t have any microwaves in the room they don’t have any phones in their room and a lot of the drawers on the dresser and nightstands are broken.

Soiled bedspread, moldy tub, poor lighting

Locked gates - inconvenient to enter. Broken hairdryer, lamp missing bulb and switch to turn on. Not all outlets worked. Locked out of breakfast during open hours.

No microwave or telephone.,

Bathroom sink had only a trickle coming from the hot water faucet. Had to use the hot water from the bathtub. The caulking around the tub was poor. Non slip pads in bottom of tun dingy colored (not clean?) Coffee maker didn’t. Room door looked like it had been broken into multiple times. Had multiple metal plates protecting striker area.

This was the sketchiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The initial rep had a negative disposition that made it obvious that she did not want to be there. The parking lot felt unsafe and heard people yelling in the motel unit after 10p. When checking out, the rep wasn't there and had other customers waiting, she was attending to a matter on her cell phone and had me waiting for at least 10 minutes. The room was dirty, the blankets clearly had cigarette burns, and toilet seat was broken and came off immediately. The secondary lock was clearly beaten up. The demand of $150 was insult to injury, and taking up to 7-10 business days for it to go back is just awful. I will go out of my way to tell people never to stay here or any other Days Inn

The hotel was pretty much a ghost town. The room had towels with stains on them and stains in the carpet. Mirror closet was missing a door. Torn curtains. It was however a nice size room with a microwave and mini fridge.

Well there was roadwork outside until 12:30am. They were grading the road. There were blod spots on the sheets. Burn holes in the top spread. One of the cushions on the couch didn't have the cover on all the way. It is off the freeway, but the surrounding area is not the best.
