A small resort with a view of the backwaters. Rooms are good but feel like you are staying in a flat/ apartment/ hotel not actually a resort. But still the rooms were good. Early morning view from the balcony was fantastic. Good photo opportunity. This resort is close to Cochin so staying here one can visit Cochin and come back. EV charging station is available so very convenient. Food was good. We tried buffet for dinner on both days and variety was good . Taste was also good. In other Club Mahindra resorts the buffet food was a problem for us every time but here surprisingly it was good. Kudos to the chef. Breakfast buffet had varieties and my wife liked it but for me it was just ok. Next day we ordered breakfast at room and Aluparotta was really good. Onam decorations were good and the chips and sarkaravaratiyathu a sweet dish kept at the reception for welcome was very tasty. Check-in and check out was fast and service by all staff were good. Service by restaurant staff was also good. Enjoyed the stay.

We had a memorable 3-day stay at Club Mahindra, Arookutty, Alleppey. The resort is around 40 km from Kochi Airport and offers convenient pick-up options. The property is beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush greenery, and features clean, spacious rooms with modern amenities. We loved the eco-conscious touch with their solar plant. The staff was polite and helpful, and special thanks to Chef Sanjeev and Diksha for their warm hospitality. Some team members could use a bit more training to match the high service standards. The restaurant serves excellent food, especially the local Kerala dishes. North Indian options could be improved in taste. The resort sits on the backwaters and offers its own boating, which was a delightful experience. There are also great facilities for kids, including a play area and a small swimming pool. Overall, a relaxing and pleasant stay — highly recommended for those visiting the Alleppey area!

Overall services are excellent specially food court members are superb, traditional food served in traditional way is very interesting,except laundry facilities and house keeping needs to improve. And happy hub recreation items may increase.

Relaxing stay, memorable experience! Good food, happy hub, nice view from the resort. Special mention to Preethi and Jinu from front office, Nalin from restaurant and Aron from Housekeeping, Aishwarya from Happy Hub to make our stay comfortable. They took care of all our requests and this really made us extra comfortable!
