Very good stay in this gorgeous place in front of the lake. Employees are professional, warmful and helpful for anything. Also, good Ayurvedic massage. I highly recommand this hotel resort which makes you feel distressed, reconnected and peaceful. Thank you at all the staff

Amazing stay. The resort is very well maintained and has the charm of kerala. Must recommend to take the pool villa. Only thing which can improve is the breakfast. The staff are very courteous and everyone greets very nicely. The ambiance is very nice. Do book their shikara ride, it's a nice viewn of the backwaters.

Very authentic scenic experience!!! Love the rooms , very aesthetic. The lake view is the bestttt! Also the food was everything. Yummiest delicacies.The house boat ride was also amazing. Really would recommend everyone to experience this atleast once.

Stay was good and resort is beautiful, approach road is not at all good , you can get a house boat from the resort and even from finishing point near the resort, further lot of mosquitoes in room and room service bit slow , Resturant is good and the location is perfect due to its facing towards back water

Heritage type rooms perfect for our stay, we loved food and their service. Place has a perfect view of backwater. They have shikara boat and speed boat service. Near to alapuza bus stand and has auto/cab services to the place. We will visit the place again.

My stay was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, i noticed the property is great, but the management and maintenance is very bad, most rooms are too dark and the road to reach the resort is super narrow and rocky, very uncomfortable. there was no welcome, the room was very dull and the staff was slow and unresponsive; it took multiple calls to get basic requests like the broken lamp fixed and the window shades tied. The overall lack of organization and attention to detail made the experience far below my expectations. I would recommend you to think twice before staying in this resort and hope management takes steps to improve their services.

The only thing great about this property is location, location and location. The property has fabulous lake views and direct access from the lake for the shikaras and house boats. The rooms and quite decent with a good decor. The wifi is fast. The overall look of the property is very impressive. The access to the property is through a very narrow road, so think twice before renting a mini bus. The staff is polite but very slow. Perhaps they were unable to keep up with the holiday rush. The service needs a lot of work. The food was terrible. The manager lady is obnoxious.
