De Hofnar Apartments Albufeira

We spent 3 weeks at De Hofnar during Feb/March '22. Very well equiped apartment in a great location. Turn right and it's five minutes to the elevator which takes you to the beach, or left and down the hill and it's a few minutes to the main square. Plenty of bars/restaurants near to the apartment, and supermarket 5 minute walk. My wife and I had apartment 3 on the top floor, accessible by two flights of stairs. This one bedroom apartment has everything a couple needs for a self-catering holiday. There is a hallway with wardrobes, leading to the bedroom which has heating/aircon. The living room/kitchenette has a two person settee, table with two chairs and flatscreen TV, heating/aircon. There is a washing machine, 4 ring electric hob and combi/micro oven. Lots of cupboards. There is a big fridge with freezer drawers, iron/board. Bathroom has a good sized shower. Through the patio doors is a big sun terrace with tables/chairs and two sunbeds. Great communication from De Hofnar staff, particularly Karolina. There is a property manager, Isabel, available by phone if you need her. We never spoke to Isabel as we never had a problem. You pay via money transfer, we used Western Union, very easy. Access to the building is via a number keypad on the front door, and a small key safe in the hall which has 2 keys for the actual apartment. De Hofnar provide the access details/numbers when you pay off the balance. I would definately use De Hofnar again.
