"This place is genuinely nice - everything is new - everything is clean and everything works as it should. I have stayed at 3HB hotels before and the concept is fabulous. We were fortunate to go after the summer school holiday rush so the place was peaceful and efficient. The rooms are extremely comfortable absolutely clean and the staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and everything is fresh and it doesn't end until 11am which is great for a slow start to the day. The private premium areas are a great addition where 'certain guests' can enjoy peace and a heated pool, plus an amazing spa, gym and free drinking water all day long. Drinks prices are reasonable for the standard of the hotel and location. Room maintenance and cleaning is 5 star. None of those pesky messages asking you to re-use your towels to save whatever. I am paying premium and I want premium - not to be told to save the hotel money on washing. Every day you get fresh towels, fresh beds and a choice of 4 different pillows from super soft to very firm. My only criticisms are as follows and they are all very minor: 1. Smoking is only allowed in select areas and there are never any ashtrays available and those areas do not have umbrellas to shade you from the heat. You can however smoke on your balcony in peace. 2. Apart from the breakfast which is amazing, I found the daytime food selection rather bland. It was good, but nothing outstanding. They have a buffet if you want to eat a truckload of food but I always find that I cannot appreciate a dish when served in buffet style as you lose the flavours to all the other options available. However; to be fair to them the buffet was good and priced at 33 Euros per person which is a typical hotel price. 3. The walk to the beach is a bit of a schlep, especially if you struggle with stairs and climbing a hill but once you get down to the beach it's very pleasant and two fish restaurants to choose from - both good. In conclusion I will definitely be returning to 3HB next visit to Portugal. Their Faro hotel is also wonderful but I will put that in a separate review."

"This hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway with ocean views. The pool is great. We booked a two-story villa with two bedrooms, which was simply excellent. It had a kitchen, so we could cook our own meals. The hotel restaurant is fantastic, but not cheap. We ate there once, and everything was delicious. It's just a few minutes to the private beach, but access depends on the tide. It's better to walk to the public beach, which is about 10 minutes away."

"The hotel has been recently renovated and is generally very elegant, with lovely lounge areas, terraces, etc. However, it lacks a gym and perhaps more entertainment. The breakfast and dinner buffet is adequate, but not overly high-quality. The cuisine is varied but safe. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and with a few minor improvements, we'd be talking about a 5-star rating."

"Beautiful hotel with the best staff Very clean comfortable hotel, we stayed in room 203 with breakfast included Breakfast was great, fresh and hot with wonderful variety Our room was modern and very clean, the maids came every day and worked v hard, pool area lovely and relaxing, plenty of sunbeds, 2 seating areas outside and more seating in the bar with pool table. Location is close to old and new town, local shops, pharmacy & supermarket. This is our second stay here and we will booking again for next year. I can’t thank the staff enough for how helpful and friendly they are, reception, breakfast and general staff provide great service and do their very best to ensure you have a pleasant stay. I highly recommend the Navigator Aquasol, they have excellent management here, the hotel runs like clockwork and all staff seem happy in their jobs. I’ve been coming to Portugal for over 20 years and this is my favourite hotel. So sad to be home now 🥲 see you all next year ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Had an amazing stay here. Location is perfect if u prefer the quieter life. Spent many hours relaxing around the pool. A short walk away is some of the most amazing beaches I’ve ever seen, definitely worth the walk. The atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed. The cleaning staff are very respectful & work so hard. We had an issue with no milk in the room for tea & coffee but spoke to reception & they sorted it for us straight away. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast has so many options. There’s something for everyone. All staff are so friendly & welcoming. The pool area is never overcrowded so it’s easy to keep an eye on your children in the pool. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to take you out or you have the option to hire a car. We chose to hire a car which the hotel helped arrange for us. Overall I had an amazing experience here."
