Boa Vista Hotel & Spa - Adults Only ★★★★
"5 stars, the lobby smells like old furniture"
Anchor House ★★
"A lovely guest house with a friendly and welcoming environment. The rooms were spotless, the facilities were excellent, and everything was thoughtfully arranged for guests' comfort. The hospitality was exceptional, and I felt very well taken care of during my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay."
Falésia Hotel - Adults Only ★★★★
"The hotel has been recently renovated and is generally very elegant, with lovely lounge areas, terraces, etc. However, it lacks a gym and perhaps more entertainment. The breakfast and dinner buffet is adequate, but not overly high-quality. The cuisine is varied but safe. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and with a few minor improvements, we'd be talking about a 5-star rating."
Muthu Oura Praia Hotel ★★★★
"Fantastic hotel food and bars close by would stay again"
PortoBay Blue Ocean ★★★★
"Loved everything, and I hope to be back soon!"
Monica Isabel Beach Club ★★★
"The location to the beach is lovely. That’s where the positives end. The hotel is dated and run down. The food was ok but not a lot of choice for children and very repetitive. We had an annex room for 2 adults 2 children which on arrival was only set up for 2 so we had to squash into two beds. The hotel entertainment was shocking and the pool bar ran out of staples constantly. As the pool got busier you couldn’t find a space as was filled with people who disappeared for ages even with signs saying after 40 minutes the items would be removed. It’s a shame as the staff were very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you want to be surrounded by people who are purely there to consume as much food and alcohol as they can in the periods the bar is open. The hotel itself gives shinning vibes so at least the annex building is away from the noise of the main hotel."
Son of a Beach Hostel ★★
"Staff were amazing, rooms were extremely clean and well maintained through out. Great place"
Hotel Baltum ★★★
"I found this hotel by chance while searching for a hotel to go to Albufeira in southern Portugal and take a tour of the Benagil Cave and dolphins. There were no reviews from Koreans, only reviews from foreigners, so I hesitated a bit before making my choice, but it felt like I found a pearl on a sandy beach. The hotel is not big, but it was clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel was located in the center of the old town, so all amenities were conveniently available, and it was also in a great location with good accessibility. It is a very beautiful place with a beautiful view of the street and the sea outside the window, but it can be a bit noisy as it is located in the center of the old town. However, it is a good place where even such noise can be enjoyed. Must go"
PortoBay Falesia ★★★★
"The hotel's biggest advantage is its location on the best beach, Falesia. The views are picturesque. The hotel itself is small, but the grounds are well-planned, with several spots to enjoy the scenery. It's very beautiful and cozy. I booked a standard room, and they gave me a very old room on the second floor with a view of the parking lot. The room had a strong musty smell, old carpeting, and there were constant renovation noises from the parking area. I have allergies, so staying in such a room was very uncomfortable. Therefore, I had to pay an extra 70 euros for one night to switch to a sea-view room. They gave me a room on the fourth floor, in a different wing. This room was a bit smaller, and there wasn't a strong musty smell, especially with the balcony open, but the sea view definitely made up for everything! The breakfasts are excellent, service is good, and there's yoga and stretching offered throughout the day. There's both an outdoor and an indoor pool. In May, it's still a bit cold, so you can't really swim much. The staff are pleasant and try their best to help with everything."

Hotel Mar A Vista
"Rooms with dated carpet.. the one my mother-in-law had smelled of smoke, even though I was told that this is impossible due to the anti-smoking system.. no shelves in the bathroom.. breakfast chapter, better to forget it and go straight to some bar or pastelaria out there in the surrounding area"
Kimpton Atlântico Algarve
"The public areas are nicer than the rooms."
Santa Eulalia Hotel & Spa
"Great location everything within walking distance. Lovely clean modern hotel. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Pool floaties provided which was great for kids. Loungers always available. Breakfast fresh and always had a table for 6 . Rooms were clean and cosy. The shower gel and tea making things were not topped up. Worst part of stay was the rude lady at the spa reception with dark hair bob she told me to take wet towels to my water park excursion the next day. She accused me and members of my family for swopping towels more than once a day which we did not do. I booked a massage for my mum and at the appointment time they had no record of it. The older man at the bar needs to be a little flexible we ordered drinks but 1 night when we didn’t order any he asked us to leave when the bar was totally empty anyway."

Grande Real Santa Eulalia Resort & Hotel Spa
"The hotel environment is very good"
Algarve Marriott Salgados Golf Resort & Spa
"5 stars, in fact, from the facilities to all professionals. Live advice"
Wine & Books by the Sea, Algarve Resort
"Good stay. Great room and efficient and friendly service."
Flamingos Salgados
"New apartments with good cleanliness and good-sized rooms."
Vila Recife Hotel
"Pros: The breakfast was unexpectedly plentiful, the staff were friendly, and the TV screen continuously played original music videos, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool water temperature was acceptable at the end of October; it would be even warmer on sunny days. Free blankets were available at the front desk for use in the pool and on the rooftop terrace. Cons: The showerhead had a problem; it would be great if it could be replaced or repaired."
Inatel Albufeira
"Stayed here for a short break to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only thing the room was lacking was a kettle (do they not know us brits love a cuppa!?!?). We asked reception, and the following day there was a kettle in our room. A nice touch was on my wife’s birthday there was a knock at the door and we were given a bottle of sparking wine ☺️ Overall, a good hotel in a great location."
Muthu Clube Praia da Oura
"We really liked the hotel, its facilities and its proximity to the beach and the center. However, for people who want to rest and sleep at night it is complicated because the rooms are poorly insulated and there is too much noise from other travelers who come back at night."
Topazio Vibe Beach Hotel & Apartments - Adults Friendly
"Everything was great: delicious breakfasts, the beach was nearby, everything was clean and tidy, and a nice girl upgraded our room. It's a young, noisy hotel, but that's exactly how it's advertised."
Ondamar Hotel Apartamentos
"Good welcome from the reception staff in the huge reception area. Wasn’t prepared for the deposit, quite large amount. Would have been nice to be shown to your room. The apartment was large and clean although a bit dated. The pool area was very nice and there’s a mini golf area with a bar/ cafe and nice seating too. Good location for the area and plenty of shops and restaurants. We didn’t eat at the hotel (self catering). Negative feedback- holiday was slightly ruined by lots of large groups staying at the hotel, very noisy and especially around the pool at times. Frequently woken up during the early hours by returning guests 🫤 Wondering what it’s like during school holidays? Maybe more family friendly? Would have to reconsider returning due to above mentioned. Also didn’t see many staff around and not sure how they would have dealt with rowdy guests?"
Hotel da Aldeia - Adults Only
"Beautiful hotel located close to amenities, nice layout, nice welcome."
Monicca Collection Suites and Residences
"Absolutely the best experience myself and my wife have ever experienced in any hotel in Europe. From the reception staff to the bar, food and cleaning team, they all work to a high level of customer service 👍 We booked a sea view room ,with Bed & Breakfast, and we were blown away by the view. Having a chat with Sheila, the reception manager, she asked why we decided to come to this hotel, and we explained that it was our anniversary. Sheila surprised us with complimentary Champagne and a all Inclusive package . It's an amazing gift. Honestly, if I can ever show my appreciation, it's by promoting this amazing hotel. You will not regret booking this hotel. Beach is seconds away, fantastic beach bar, food is very good and the views are off the charts. Definitely, without a doubt, we will come back"
