This was a wonderful honeymoon holiday in the Algarve. Thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the W Algarve staff. They were all so friendly and sharing recommendations on where to visit across the Algarve. The breakfast was delicious too. The hotel gave us a few surprises upon arrival (decorating bed with rose petals, congratulatory messages / writings on the walls and a portugese red wine front Duoro valley. What a great way to start the holiday. Furthermore, the W Algarve were extremely helpful on making lunch/dinner bookings in restaurants across Algarve. It felt like a private Concierge and we were very grateful for it. Hip and Portuguese design. Certainly would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Algarve. MUST have a rental car, there isn't much around within walking distance.

From the warm welcome at reception to the spotless, fresh-smelling room with a charming balcony, everything was perfect. The bar food was delicious, and the location couldn’t be better—surrounded by great restaurants. Plus, parking was hassle-free with plenty of spots!

The hotel is conveniently located. We got a huge apartment with a separate bedroom and a balcony overlooking the sea. Unfortunately, it was on the ground floor, but that wasn't a problem. A good supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. The nearest beach is 2 minutes away, and there are plenty of places to eat and drink. The kitchen is fully equipped, with plenty of new dishes, a frying pan, and pots in excellent condition, along with a new electric stove. The internet worked without any issues. Some downsides: no slippers, tiled floors, no drinking water in the room, and no toothbrushes. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in November, and it was inexpensive. The room was clean. If you're on a budget, this is a great option.

DDaniela888The hotel is very well located, 15 minutes from the city center and right next to the beach. It is charmingly decorated and has a great view towards the city and the ocean. Some things are a bit old and could be better cared for. Our room could definitely use a renovation but still retains a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the breakfast organization today, not enough plates and cutlery and most no one to lift up the tables. Food was also scarse but tasty.
