The hotel is well located from the center to the hotel you can take bus line 02 it takes just 5 minutes walking to the center it is 20 minutes walk. The receptionists are very attentive, I arrived early and allowed me to leave my backpack to enjoy the day at check out too. Clean and organized room and bathrooms Simple breakfast but for the price it's worth it. Swimming pool with an incredible view The receptionist Thayny, sorry I got the name wrong lol, very friendly and polite. I will definitely come back...

Lovely stay in Paladim & Alagoa Mar. We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 people although basic, it was clean and spacious, equipped with kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge and 2 small hobs. We arrived at 11am and although check in wasn’t until 3pm, luggage storage/shower/changing facilities were available. Pool area was ok, however could do with an update as there were multiple tiles missing. When we were there you needed to be down before 8am to reserve a sunbed if you would like ones together, think the hotel should open the pool later to prevent this happening. Location is perfect, 10-15 mins walk from both the old town and new town. My family and I preferred the old town as the new town bar ***** was a bit too hectic for us🤣 I suggest downloading the uber or bolt app as taxis are cheap and readily available on these apps. Overall we enjoyed our time in albufeira and would stay in Paladim & Alagoa again and would recommend it if you are looking for somewhere basic, clean and convenient.

Fantastic ten stars super attentive staff I was with 3 children and they managed to provide an excellent location for the apartment. I strongly recommend. To be repeated next year without a doubt. Congratulations are all.

I lived on the 1st floor, everything was old, the room was dark, it was convenient that it had its own exit to the street, like a courtyard, and right to the pool. The pool was a bit old. Very cool friendly staff, they helped with all questions. A little far from the center, but if you have a car, everything is great. There is parking! Quiet area, beautiful beach within walking distance.

Breakfast buffet is super invincible and delicious! Especially fruit selection is especially great! The hotel will take the initiative to help parking is free. Hotel dinner is not recommended for single or buffet, the taste is very general, the ingredients are not too fresh. The sea view room has a beautiful sunrise view of the sea on the west side of the sunrise. Also saw the double rainbow! The on-site walking trail is also very convenient to walk to the sandy beach of Sao Rafeal. In the morning, it is empty and there is no one, just like enjoying a private beach. The only downside is that the spa is charged separately by number of people, and the free swimming pool also has to buy a swimming cap to enter.

Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in The staff were actually embarrassed to work there Vile rooms disgusting dirty smelly and should be shut down I feel sorry if any one goes just glad we didn't have kids with us Shut this place now

The resort is beautiful, so many pools, the gardens have a variety of plants and the staff takes very good care in maintaining it in top shape. The reception staff is fairly friendly and some speak very good English but the dining room is different. The food at The Palm is good, the breakfast buffet is worth the 12euros. There is a steep hill to get to the main road so wear appropriate walking shoes. All in all I would recommend this Resort especially if its to use the pool and the activity. February/March is pre season so can't comment more.

Wow! Where do I even begin? Firstly, this place needs more than 5 stars, easily 10 stars minimum. Apologies for the long review, but it's hard not to say so much So lets begin... From the moment I stepped out of my transfer and layed eyes on this beautiful and absolutely stunning hotel, I knew I chose the perfect place to stay during my little solo relaxing getaway. I then walked into the main lobby of the hotel and again WOW! Stunned by the beauty of the reception area, but then I was graciously welcomed as I arrived, which made me even more so happy of choice of stay. The beautiful lady at reception was just so warm and welcoming, making me instantly feel at home. Once she checked me in, I was offered leaflets that were very helpful in activities whilst I'm here and other necessary information. I then proceeded to my room and continued to be stunned from the beauty of the rest of the hotel. It is a 4 star hotel but my personal opinion should easily be a 5 star with the amount of care and how much they do for you the definitely what feels like they go the ends of the earth and back to make you feel welcomed and just important ☺️. After that the lounge area for sunbathing, the swimming pool, the restaurant/ bar stunning, then they have a relaxation sections where you can do and relax with a book or something, they also have a meeting area if your a business on stay. Then you have the spa area from all massage rooms to steam and sweat rooms, then a small but great little gym to work out in. The rooms WOW! So as I came in, I switched on the TV, and there was a greeting screen saying, ”Welcome in Portuguese and with my name. Again, stunning, absolutely amazing, comfy, and spacious for just me. I have been sleeping in a king-size bed with fluffy and melt in your head pillows, and I have never felt relaxation like this before. Now food breakfast, let's start there incredible a all you can eat ranging from all types of cereals, oats, granola and museil to mixed nuts, then you have a section for continental food such as pastries, pancakes, mini donuts to chocolate covered ones (each day different), then you have hot food proper crispy bacon, Sausages, 3 types of different eggs, beans, cheese topped tomatoes, beans etc you get the idea. Then, the machine has freshly squeezed jucies to a lovely coffee machine and other hot beverages. Then we have the evening meals and wow again incredible and so tasty 3 course meals every night whilst waiting for your meal you are given a small taste bread board. The presentation for everything is amazing and eye worthy. What I truly like is that it's open to the public. Also, whether you're a guest or not, you can enjoy a spectacular breakfast, lunch menu, and evening meal. And to finally top it all off with my stay here I came to Portugal to not only relax and sightsee but to celebrate my birthday and not only did the staff wish me a happy birthday which I thought was so lovely of them but they also then when I c
