Hotel con pros y contras. El sitio y su ubicación muy buenos. También el desayuno buffet.. Pero nos pareció fatal el tipo de aseo y ducha de la habitación: dos pequeños cubículos separados entre sí por un lavabo a los pies de la cama. Esos dos "cubos" situados a poco más de 1 m. de la cama no dejaban la menor intimidad para ir al baño al estar cerrados por cristales traslúcidos y transparentes ni para ducharte si que te viese desnudo tu compañero de habitación. La puerta de cristal del "cubo" del baño, además, no cerraba bien dejando una abertura de 2 cm, con lo cual no aislaba la habitación de olores. Las luces no podían encenderse por partes ya que .lamparillas, baño y techo se encendían y apagaban a la vez (circuito eléctrico de pared en serie en vez de la lógica instalación en paralelo). En definitiva, en la valoración han pesado más las cosas negativas, teniendo en cuenta que la noche ha costado 99 €!!

Really friendly service and assistance during our overnight stay. Super comfortable bed and towels that are actually big enough to use. Perfect location, just two minutes from the Cathedral and old town area for all activities and cultural visits

Very convenient located and very comfortable hotel. Some rooms very spacious, other less. Fully equiped in a medium level quality but a price very convenient. Breakfast of good quality but not much variety. Some parking places available in the hotel.

Buon hotel con ottima posizione nel centro di Alcala de Henares. Personale gentile. La camera che si affaccia sulla strada sottostante subisce rumorosità notturna per il passaggio di mezzi di servizio. La colazione va bene anche se potrebbe essere migliorata l'offerta. Prezzo corretto.

Es un hotel acogedor situado en pleno centro de Alcalá de Henares. Por lo tanto difícil de aparcar ya que todo el centro es peatonal. Nos ha tocado una habitación pequeña donde todo lo que necesitabas estaba en la misma habitación, poca intimidad en ese aspecto y un poco sucia ( bastante polvo) y las paredes viejas. Sólo nos pusieron una botella pequeña de agua cuando la reserva era para 2. No hay ni cafetera.... Tiene un patio central con mesas y sillas. Solo hay servicio de desayunos que es buffet donde era una sala peculiar pero chula. El buffet pasable no había mucha variedad y el mobiliario viejo donde las sillas estaban peladas. Tampoco había ninguna maquina donde poder coger algún snak o bebida para tomarte en el patio central

Leuk hotel goede locatie kleine kamer lekkere inloop douche vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt vond ik vrij karig geen warme gerechten geen eieren 2 soorten brood. Parkeren bij het hotel € 15 euro per dag.De stad is leuk voor een halve dag.

habitación pequeñas sin armario, solo unas perchas para colgar un poco de ropa, para pasar dos noches y estar cerca del centro es idela, para estancias superiores no merece la pena, edificio de construcción de primeros siglo XX creo. desayuno buffet normal facil aparcar cerca del hotel y gratis
