Very suitable for family travel! This hotel is actually a bit like a residential area in China. There are water recreation facilities in each area, suitable for both adults and children. The hotel also has many activities for guests to experience every day~ The layout of the room is also like home, which is super suitable for vacation here!

The place is huge and the rooms are very clean, but they clean it every 3 days and not a minimum cleaning to remove the sand, nor check if you need towels. We called for towels at 6:30pm and they showed up at 10:30pm. In the pool children can play rugby, have mattresses and jump on top but you can't drink a soda on the edge. There is not a single area without children, so the option of two adults alone is not good for this hotel. The beds are very comfortable but very small. The buffet does not change anything at breakfasts, the drinks are really bad. The place in general is beautiful and is in a good area. They said there were a lot of mosquitoes but with a repellent there is no problem.

Very good location, close to the beach and restaurants. Lake view from the balcony.

What we liked the most was the attention of the receptionist upon arrival at the hotel.
