rooms are clean and neat. friendly staff throughout from porters to reception to chambermaids. feels welcomed as always. rooms are dated but well kept. heater is super hot and aircon super cold. both adjustable . bath room shower screen leaks water onto flooring but negligible. tv channels full of foreign channels including many Indian channels. very few local channels. sounds separation is average. gym was small but functional, oil is amazing with bad at the side and many sitting areas at the roof top on the 8th floor. food at restaurant and room service is cheap. location is good with a short throw from asoke bts, 7 is nearby.

Was a great hotel Overall with great roof pool and very friendly staff. Location is great and near sky train. Would definitely stay again.

The staff at the front desk does not seem happy with their job, they are a bit rude even. The rooms are quite small for 3 people and the extra bed they put on the room is very small. The view from the room is not good, a wall and a lot of laundry hanging outside as a view. People look directly into your room. When we arrived the room was not clean, towels and bed covers have a very bad smell. Towels have a disgusting smell when you use them. A lot of stains everywhere, see picture. Carpet on the floor around the bed is not clean, dust, hair etc that can easily be removed with a vacuum cleaner. Pool is very nice on the 8th floor. Shower area you can use there when you have a late flight is too hot, so you get overheated to the airport. Overall not a good experience. I would recommend another hotel in the same area, because the location is great!

Breakfast is below average standard. For example, stirred fried chicken turn cold and vegetable overcooked at 8am on 16 October. Hope the management can improve in future.

Lovely location, food places are everywhere close by. Roof top pool, Starbucks across the road. Staff, very helpful and friendly. I will want to stay there next time.

Wonderful run hotel as show by the exceptional service and friendly employees. Everyone I encountered were all gems. The Assistant Manager Breeze, who is new, has exceptional hospitality skills. The room was wonderful and the bed comfortable. The only observation was the TV programs. I didn’t see a Netflix or a YouTube connection which would be nice to have as entertainment options. Room service was excellent. I will be returning!

Very nice hotel. A little bit old and dated in areas. Few marks on the bedding but obviously some old stains that won't come out. Very small. Curtains and blackouts had a few holes and seen better days. The "large bed" was two put together, slightly different height and kept coming apart at night. Main reasons why the cleanliness got 3 **. It was clen, but just a bit old and shoddy in places. Rooms however were a very nice size. Gym, small but enough to get on with. Pool, decent enough. Location very good. Staff were excellent and polite and helped wherever needed. 5** for the staff.

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip and had a great time. The hotel is very family-friendly but also perfect for a group of friends. the rooftop hangout area was a great bonus! The staff were incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a fun and relaxed escape!

I have already been in these hotel in the last 3 years. This time I had the bad surprise to find a very poor breakfast compared to past with much less choice. A very noisy AC system in the room. And room not yet available at 2:30 PM. I doubt I will be back at this same hotel

It took us a long time to check in. Manager was really rude and threatened to cancel our booking a number of times for simply asking normal questions. There was no hospitality skills here and we were made to feel very inferior to other guests. My room smelled very damp and mouldy. (Dirty nappies my cousin next door described it) as hers did not have the same odour. Unfortunately I was bitten very terribly as were my children by bed bugs therefore had to cut our trip short and leave a day earlier. It is in a decent location, the hotel itself is not dirty however I picked the short straw with this room So I would never return again due to my experience
