Great location, very convenient for the subway. The environment is nice, although the room is a bit dated. However, the air conditioning and water pressure in the bathroom are good, making for a comfortable shower. The cleaning was a bit sloppy, but the value for money is good. It's still a suitable place to stay. The lobby manager was very enthusiastic. I'll come back again next year.

It's a quiet and peaceful hotel. I stay here every time I visit Thailand. The staff are so kind and lovely!

Great stay at Park Plaza Soi 18! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Even after checking out, the staff helped us store our luggage so we could enjoy Bangkok. When we came back during heavy rain, they even offered us a shower, allowed us to wait in the hotel lobby for our taxi, and helped load our luggage into the car. Really appreciate the excellent service. Highly recommended!

* Low water pressure in the shower—taking off the shower head helps. * A bit of a walk from Asok BTS, which is fine unless you have heavy luggage. Located in an alley, yet my room on the 4th floor was noisy due to cooling tower sounds near the window. * The guard at the entrance is very polite and opens the door for guests. * Unsure how Deluxe differs from Superior, as the room facilities were quite old. * Overall, an acceptable stay, but poor maintenance holds it back.

I left a tip in the room, but they didn't replace the towels with fresh ones daily; they just kept reusing the ones from the day before. On top of that, the front desk guy working the night shift was really rude and impatient. The only good thing about this place is its proximity to Terminal 21.

I booked this hotel because I had a conference at Marcus Queen's Park. It was convenient and suitable. After taking the Airport Rail Link, I transferred to the MRT Blue Line to Sukhumvit. The hotel is located in an alley, and it took me a while to get familiar with the 600-meter walk, which takes about 10 minutes. However, I quickly got my bearings, and both ends of the alley offered access to various places. I walked to Benjakitti Park and frequently passed by the Exchange Tower at the entrance of the alley. When I left, I tried taking a public bus from Soi Sukhumvit 18 to the old city center. **Cleanliness:** Very clean, excellent. I was too busy to use the swimming pool and gym, so I can't comment on those. **Breakfast:** The breakfast was exceptional, a rare treat. **Facilities:** This was the only area where I felt the hotel was a bit lacking. Toothpaste and toothbrushes were not provided in the room; I had to specifically ask for them. How should I put this? I consider these essential items, and it shouldn't be an extra hassle for either party. The window view was of another guest's room, which was a bit unusual. Overall, I booked this hotel based on my specific needs, and it was a good hotel. It's a place I'd be willing to stay at again if the need arises.

I've been to Bangkok many times, and this is definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Asok station, and there's a 7-Eleven right at the corner for all your needs. During my stay, most of the guests were Westerners. All the staff were incredibly warm and friendly, from the moment I entered, to the front desk and room service – truly the best I've experienced in any hotel. The room size was perfectly adequate, and the facilities were clean and complete. The biggest highlight, and the main reason I chose this hotel, was the rooftop pool. It has long opening hours, is heated and temperature-controlled, and even has a Jacuzzi – absolutely perfect! The only minor drawback was that one of the chairs in the room was a bit broken, and one of the bedside outlets wasn't working. Please get these fixed promptly.

My review will be a bit if mixed bag. The location is good as 3 or 4 min walk to everything you might needs ie train, bars, food, shopping etc.. Slight failure by the concierge team member who showed zero interest in booking me a taxi and simply told me to head to the street and flag one down myself. This has never happened to me before. The Indian food on site is great. The room (1 bed suite) was a good size and the bed very comfortable. That said the suite needs an update and stak of what I think was damp. It was quite unpleasant. To finish on a high the reception team were excellent and check in/out very quick.

Great service, and being a chain hotel, the quality is reliably good. It's not far from the subway. The rooftop pool was quite noisy, though. I forgot to get my deposit back when I checked out. Guess I'll have to wait until my next visit to get it refunded.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. What satisfies me the most is the entire staff—from the doormen and the front desk to the staff on the function room floors, everyone greets you with a warm smile. The service feels even more attentive and personalized than that of a 5-star luxury hotel. Furthermore, the location is extremely convenient; both BTS and MRT stations are within walking distance. There are large shopping malls and a wide variety of restaurants nearby.

Everything was great. When we arrived, a doorman immediately greeted us, opened the car doors, and took our luggage. The hotel doors were opened for us. Check-in at the front desk was handled very politely. The concierge escorted us to our room and carried our luggage. Our room itself was small, but everything was well-furnished and clean. It was cleaned every day.

The location is fantastic, right near Asok MRT and BTS stations. I think it's really good. It's just a 5-minute walk away. The room is quite spacious and clean. I think for this price, it's a great option for a layover. I've stayed here two or three times! It's easy to catch a taxi right outside. The room is also quite clean.

First time visiting. More pluses than minuses. Staff is really friendly and attentive. Location is great, on a side street away from Sukhumvit Road but just a short walk to Terminal 21 and just a few minutes to EmSphere. Close to BTS Asok. A lot of nice restaurants and shops around the hotel. As a four star property, breakfast was excellent. Not a huge selection, but they seem to have everything you like to eat. Nice cooked to order station with very friendly staff and nice variety of specialty egg dishes. The room was spacious and well designed with lots of outlets. Nice bathroom with large shower and plenty of shelf space. Only negative is its aging, and they can do better keeping up with it. Many hotels in Bangkok are aging buildings, but they hide it well with upgrades like carpet and a little paint. This property needs an assessment. For example, the room was great, with an updated bathroom, but there were scars all over the walls that just some paint would mask. The TV package is poor and the reception is fuzzy on many stations, yet the TV is beautiful and new. The lobby is big and spacious, but the furniture is worn out and unsightly, and there is visible corrosion around the vents that take away from it. Attention to detail ! I would probably stay here again, just on location alone. The price is very competitive, the staff is wonderful, and the food is delicious. More positives for sure!
