What a lovely experience from start to finish. Warmest staff who made this a special week. Very comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Excellent breakfast with Elenas home baking a marvel. Betty at reception went out of her way to make our week run smoothly. Deborra sang as she served coffee each morning and made all guests feel so welcome. The hotel is comfortable and well equipped. Lovely pool with cocktail service daily.

Our fabulous second visit to this amazing Hotel. We stayed for a week. Beautifully cared for planted surroundings with hills all around. Very restful. Wonderful pool with plenty of beds & shades for a small hotel. The rooms are large with every facility & a great shower room, all was spotlessly clean. We had a very spacious balcony. The breakfast is superb, huge variety & all home cooked with exceptional service from very friendly staff. Excellent lunches to order and a very good restaurant but also around close drive into Alghero with its old town, marina & perfect beaches not far away. The staff are so very attentive & can’t do enough to help & please their guests. Can’t wait to return.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sa Cheya Relais in Alghero. The whole property is beautifully maintained – lots of greenery and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. We especially appreciated the well-kept tennis court, which was great for a morning or evening match. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive – by the second day, they already knew our breakfast drink preferences, which made us feel really welcome. The breakfast buffet was another highlight: varied and full of local specialties we hadn’t tried before. In the evenings, we dined 2 times at the hotel’s own restaurant – the pizzas were fantastic, and the fish and seafood dishes were just as impressive. All in all, a wonderful experience. We’d love to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

A 5 night stay was excellent. Accommodation very comfortable, excellent shower,Very comfortable bed cleanliness super. Daily cleaning + sheets changed regularly.Staff at reception exceptional , professional and most helpful always. Breakfast very good with a wide variety of choiceand area managed by a cheerful, kind woman who looked after our every request cheerfully.

Excellent stay with amazing staff. A particular mention for both Betty and Anna who both go above and beyond and are always available to help. Food in restaurant on site very good as is the breakfast offering ( very fresh) Hotel happy to arrange Taxi into town if needed. Recommend hiring a car if staying here.

The hotel, pool, gardens and bedrooms were lovely. Unfortunately the hotel lacks a lot of other requirements for peaceful stay. There is no bar, no drinks menu and no restaurant for dinner in the hotel. You have to order your lunch in the morning if you wish to eat there, and you can't pick the time you want to eat at. They say you cannot bring food to your room but there is no way you can stay here without eating in your room. Do not stay here without renting a car! Alghero is a 10 minute drive and you will not be able to get a taxi home unless you pre-book it. We wanted to have a holiday where we stayed in the hotel for a few days, but we had to go into town every night for food. Very disappointed in the atmosphere in the evening it was always empty and quiet.

The pool area provided a serene environment for relaxation, and the well-maintained gardens added to the charm. Dining was delightful, with a variety of delicious dishes made from fresh, local ingredients. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive. Overall, Hotel Sa Cheya Relais is a perfect destination for a peaceful and luxurious retreat. I look forward to returning for another exceptional stay.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience! Betty so helpful in reception, Debora and Eliana with their lovely home made fresh and tasty breakfast.Mikel serving us drinks by the fantastic pool. Our room overlooked the pool and was spacious and very comfortable with a large balcony. Recommend booking directly with hotel for best price. Can’t wait to return. John & Barbara
