This was my second stay at this hotel. The first time, I already noticed the UNPROFESSIONALISM at the reception desk. You ask for the price, quickly go to the currency exchange, only to find out that there are two additional charges (some kind of surcharge + tax)...so you have to go back to the currency exchange...communication is definitely not their strong suit 🤬
Service in the restaurant was excellent, cleaning was quite okay (which I find very strange: there are NO TOILET BRUSHES in this hotel! Please disinfect the glasses/bowls & spoons in the room, as the staff only rinse them with water...therefore, danger of herpes!!!).
During my second stay, I truly lost my temper, as I was woken up both days because of the UNPROFESSIONALISM of the reception (including the management)...both times, there was no good morning, but rather yelled at to come to the reception immediately to correct errors that were the fault of the reception staff. I ask you to wake someone up on the day of checkout because the employee didn't calculate the taxes, and when you then ask, half asleep, "How much money am I supposed to pay?" and get the answer "I don't know"...it truly takes your breath away how brain-dead the reception staff actually are, INSANE🤯
Afterwards, I found out that their tax calculation was even wrong...truly beyond words...
Reception ZERO, the rest of the hotel crew gets 3.5 out of 5 from me.
PS: I can recommend the standard rooms...the larger rooms are definitely not worth the money!
