He is known for his warm and family welcome in Alleppey. His staff are very helpful and understanding. His homestay and houseboat is very clean and well managed. Food in the homestay and houseboat is like homemade food. The homestay is surrounded by nature. We can also book the houseboat ride for some hours after reaching their house stay but overnight stay it is better to book prior. He will help us throughout process. He also helped us with booking our transportation from one place to another. 100% would be coming again. We also meet amazing people through Mr.Jose. Thank you so much Mr.Jose for making our trip memorable."

"This is a really fine homestay hotel. It’s very new and well-designed. There’s a small pool on the roof that offers a great view of the beach while you cool off. There’s an elevator for those of us who can’t handle stairs as well as we once could. The owner and staff are super friendly. Complimentary breakfast was eaten with other guests and usually the owner. A very family-like atmosphere."

"Made us wait including my dad who is a cancer patient for 1 hour to get an auto so they could take us to boat• We booked a deluxe room and the description didn't match room - There was no wifi, no toiletries, no TV in room, the room was full of dust, no shampoo, no hand soap!! the food is like a cheap PG food- not even salad or a dessert, terrible just terrible• refunded me 2500 INR on a booking made with 15000 INR but honestly this doesn't justifys• I live in Europe and I wish I had made booking through hotels.se because they would have refunded my full money. "The hotel is a huge property. It looks more of heritage property. Since it is huge cleanliness is an concern. Staff is very good and very cooperative. If they could increase number of staff, it will be more helpful in maintaining the property. Food for vegetarian is not up to the mark, but non-veg might be good. Beach is right across the road and hardly takes couple of minutes to reach. Since the property is big, i can recommend for big group, but if you’re looking for clean and good food, please avoid."

The quality, taste, and presentation were all excellent. The staff were very welcoming, especially sandeep dribika sumit manoj polite, and attentive throughout our visit. They ensured that everything was served on time and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a relaxing ambiance, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. I highly recommend Hotel Olivia to anyone looking for delicious food and excellent hospitality. I will definitely visit again soon!"

"The place in itself was neat and clean. It was easily accessible. Rooms were big, but it was old and in need of a revamp. Washrooms also neat but needs renovation. Room service was bad. They only served buffet for dinner which was overrated. Had very few items which were below average."

"It was worst, first of all it was very clear that make my trip cheated us and for that we will see you at the end of my travelling. We were told by the house boat manager that we are third party maam, the amenities you are looking for was not inform to us. Like fruit basket not given, mirror toiletries was like 5 rupees stuff no shampoo, no hand sanitizer, no laundry service and many more. But my complain is how you change the boat last minute as initially it was cosy boats and in last minutes boat without name. We call for help during check in which was terrible ms riya called and than someone come to receive us. This is not for we booked through make my trip that entire trip is spoiled and we need to keep calling for help really it was very disappointing. We ll make complain legally for sure at the end of my trip shame on make my trip better change your name spoil my trip"

"Worst experience of my life. Entire boat house feels very shady. It felt like a scam. It is entirely different what is it showing in the images. Food is very bad. Serving used water bottle. The drive is very less and stop at some place where the view is not appealing at all. The washroom was smelling awful l. Slippers are not allowed inside the boathouse but they didn't provide any replacement for that nor the floor was clean to walk on. The common sitting area is dirty. Lots of lizard and spiders all over. Food is tasteless and unhygienic. Mattress was dirty. Staff and captain behavior seems too rude."
