Excellent host Mr. Najeeb. Spacious rooms and modern bathroom with tub. You can access the dining area and the rain deck. The property is approx. 3-4 km from the beach. Many good restaurants are accessible if you have a vehicle. Parking is adequate. Just don't miss the morning south indian breakfast.

Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The interior of the rooms are quite intriguing with antique design and comfortable bed and enough space to play around with kids. Most suitable for family stay. The architecture of the whole place is impressive and all the detailing on the decorations, even the bookshelf, bed, lamps, vase. All of them are so good that i wanted to ask them where they bought all the decoratives from. The pool was pretty clean. But wished there were swim rings for kids as well. And also there isn't any parking space inside the compound but the vehicles can be parked outside where they've made space. Well behaved and friendly staffs there wasn't anything to complain about.

Dirty room, round dust, dirty mirror. Bed linen grey in spots. In the bathroom unpleasant smell. Towels too unpleasant smell. Like a dry wet dirt. Breakfasts are simple but hungry. But in the hall is clean. Staff is pleasant. Located 2km from the beach. You can get by bus.

house boat was good but bed rooms was not so comfortable…much more options available with good luxury…ambience was good and food quality was much better than expected
