B&B Hotel Sélestat Centre-Alsace ★★★
"Impeccable"
Best Western Plus Hotel les Humanistes ★★★★
"Dinner is good, I suggest you try it, recommended"
5 Terres Hôtel & Spa - MGallery ★★★★★
"Best hotel we’ve ever been at. Absolutely beautiful, great staff, helped us with everything and brought us many gifts!"
Le Verger des Châteaux, The Originals Relais ★★★
"Disappointing hotel, a beautiful building very poorly maintained. The rooms are outdated and not very clean. The dining room has been nicely renovated, but the food is disappointing and doesn't represent the rich Alsatian cuisine. The staff is understaffed, friendly but indifferent. Furthermore, the prices are high and don't reflect the level of a so-called three-star hotel."
Auberge Ramstein Hôtel - Restaurant ★★★
"We spent a nice and quiet night at this hotel in one of the less expensive rooms (main building, 3rd floor, accessible only through stairs; no elevator). Our room had a remodeled bath room and a very nice mountain-view. Designs a little outdated - floors are covered with low-pile-carpets. But well maintained. Small TV with also international channels. Plenty of free parking space. Very friendly reception, which was responsive to our needs. Nice and clean indoor pool. Towels provided but you have to shower in your room. The Michelin-listed restaurant offered a choice, limited to two menus, focussing on quality instead of quantity. Good breakfast with an outstanding home made Gugelhupf (cake)."
Hôtel Arnold ★★★★
"Hotel Arnold is beautifully situated among vineyards and hills, right in the middle of a very charming town. Our room was spacious, had a fantastic view from the terrace, and offered easy ways to create airflow, so we had fresh air day and night. Friendly and service-minded staff, and an absolutely excellent breakfast (remember to include it in your room booking, otherwise it costs €15 per person per day). The evening restaurant is also very good. A very scenic area with great hiking opportunities and plenty of wineries. We would be happy to return - to the area as well as to the hotel."
L'Esquisse Hotel & Spa Colmar - MGallery ★★★★★
"The hotel is located in a quiet area in the bustling city, next to the regional government, and a 3-minute walk to the old town center of Colmar. The hotel lobby has ample seating areas, a strong sense of artistic decoration, and good fragrance, sweet and comfortable. The room we booked is the Park View Executive Artist King Room, with a king size bed, sofa, living room, and wardrobe space. Mini bar coffee and tea bags are free, snacks and drinks are charged, and the price list is clearly marked. The bathroom is relatively deep and has double basins, which is really rare in European hotels. Bathing toiletries including hand soap are from Clarins, and the hotel's spa SPA is also in cooperation with Clarins. There are not many types of breakfast, but the taste is okay. After confirming the room number, the waiter will ask if you need tea or coffee and how you want the eggs to be cooked. This location in the breakfast room is a two-star restaurant in the 2024 Michelin Guide at noon and in the evening. The menu is purely French, and there is no English menu. You can translate it with a mobile phone software. 6-course wine pairing 💶170-180, 10-course wine pairing 💶250. It took too much time to eat it, so we ordered 1 appetizer, 2 main courses, and 1 dessert, and added 30 service charge. I have to say that the quality of the two-star Michelin restaurant is really good, and the main dishes of lobster and steak are eye-catching."
Aloft by Marriott Strasbourg City Centre ★★★★
"The environment is great, and the transportation is convenient."
voco STRASBOURG CENTRE - THE GARDEN by IHG ★★★★
"Very nice hotel. Close to the city, and very comfy beds. The pool is for an additional charge."

Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Île
"The service attitude of a manager at the front desk was extremely poor!"
La CHENEAUDIÈRE - Hôtel Spa - Relais & Châteaux
"Well, it’s a R&C which says a lot. This hidden-away-in-the-hills spa and gastronomic delight is a wonderful place to indulge the senses. The hotel itself is beautiful, as was our room and the service was excellent. The pools and Spa are spread over 3 levels and offers a wonderful experience. Apart from dinner the breakfast experience should not be forgotten."
Maison Rouge Strasbourg Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection
"The room was very nice and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and willing to help, and the location was excellent. During the Christmas period, road closures (10:00 AM–10:00 PM) may require carrying luggage for a short distance. Overall, I really liked the hotel, though the room felt a bit small for the price."
Bleu Minuit la Source
Hotel Restaurant & Spa Verte Vallée
"Excellent hotel. With a gastronomic restaurant and a quality bar. The spa and the swimming pool are great. The breakfast is also very good. Nothing to say again. I recommend strongly !!"
Relais et Châteaux le Chambard
"Anniversary of meeting ruined! Two-night stay + dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant at the end of July + winstub breakfasts I should point out that we are used to hotels of this range and Michelin-starred restaurants (week of vacation with meals at Girardin 1* and JY's 2*) and that this review is also in comparison with many other visits to similarly rated establishments. Also, I am a restaurateur myself and hate it when a customer says nothing and leaves a bad review. But when a establishment of this range hears a customer's dissatisfaction three times and half-heartedly calls them a liar without wanting to hear their dissatisfaction or do anything about it, then I let it be known. Room located above the hotel bakery lab...all the equipment starts around 4 a.m. which makes for an unpleasant early morning wake-up call when we came to rest. Dinner to celebrate our anniversary of meeting ruined. Menu at €280 very good, only the dessert is a little below par, but the two stars are easily deserved. Winstub breakfast with very good products. But... I order "this Nuits Saint Georges 2016" while pointing at the head sommelier (who is the only one who never manages a smile or a pleasant word all evening) a bottle at €130. He suggests another Nuits Saint Georges 2018 from a very good producer according to him (without giving the price or showing it to me on the menu that I have already given him). I refuse, explaining that "I'm sticking with my 2016 because it's the year I met my wife." End of the discussion, he leaves. When we leave, the bill seems very high. A Nuits Saint Georges, from another Domaine but in 2016, is on the bill and costs €440. I explain what happened. The young lady tells me that she is withdrawing the bottle while waiting for her head sommelier to return and will get back to me. 3 days later, I received an email telling me that there was no mistake, that the sommelier had confirmed that I had validated the bottle at €440 and that I had to pay the €440. I explained the scene again by email. Another email explaining that I had validated the change of bottle and price, that I should have been more vigilant when the bottle was presented and that I had to pay €440. Another dispute from me. To end up telling me that the matter had been brought up to Management and that I had to pay the €440 but that, aware of the inconvenience of this situation, during my next visit, I would be welcomed with a free aperitif. I was on vacation and live 500km away... With such bad faith, such a lack of consideration for customers, and despite the impeccable quality of the meal, there will be no next visit! Congratulations, you've earned €310 in revenue and an aperitif I won't be having, but this is unprecedented and totally incredible behavior from a company of your calibre. The Michelin Guide and Relais et Châteaux will be equal to it."

"Hotel located near the tram allowing access to Strasbourg in 15 minutes Attentive and efficient staff Poor quality mattress transmitting all movements from one to the other when waking him up. Very hot cold water for a while probably due to poor installation of the pipes too close to each other"
Hôtel Diana Restaurant & Spa by HappyCulture
"The room was clean and hygienic."
Hôtel Val-Vignes Colmar Haut-Koenigsbourg, the Originals Relais
"The hotel was wonderful, the morning mist was absolutely gorgeous. It requires a drive to get there; it's a 20-minute drive from the Colmar Christmas market, and it's a very peaceful little town. I loved it and hope to go again next time."
Hotel - Restaurant le Cerf & Spa
"This hotel and restaurant is held since generations by the same family. It was a pleasure to be there again. The room was cozy, we’ve passed an excellent and calm night. Beaucoup de Mets différents pour un copieux petit déjeuner. Nous avons pu jouir du soleil de l’après-midi dans la cour de l’hôtel. En plus, nous avons pu charger notre tesla dans le garage de l’hôtel. Weekend de Pâques très réussi! En plus, un personnel bien à la hauteur."
