Glaner Hotel Cafe

For the price it was great (low season, 60 euros). The only problem was that the room is so small that there is no room to open your suitcase!) but the mattress is super soft, the bed linen is great, super clean, warm in winter, great shower, quiet, friendly staff (Yannick) and absolutely well located! I've never had coffee there, I think it's nicer outside.

I give it two stars because the hotel is very clean, the receptionist is very friendly, and the bed is very comfortable. However, such a well-located hotel in 2022 has neither air conditioning nor a fan in the rooms... A real stifling place, not to mention zero soundproofing. You hear your neighbors snoring, Peter, copulating... The worst part of all this is your neighbors, who smoke joints all day long. A terrible smell in the hotel corridors as well as in the room... I paid €1.72 for two nights... The value for money is not there... The hotel's website states air conditioning... False! However, the hotel is secured by an entry code from 10 p.m. No sign stipulates the kindness and silence of travelers for the respect of all. As there is no one in the hotel in the evening from 10 p.m. It's party time...
