From the front desk until the restaurant, the impression was of really welcome. Congrats to all staff and personnel, unfortunately I don’t remember their names but, they are really impressive. They are really happy to do their job. Hard to find in our days. Bravo! The rest is epic. Clean, full of facilities and the view complete the scene. But the staff is a joy!

Excellent location. You can check the waves from your bedroom. You can walk everywhere from the place. Very friendly staff. Great support from the maintenance people. Food this year was disappointing (mainly salads with mixes of leftovers), used to be better.

HEUREUSEMENT que le club est positionné dans un endroit magique, la chambre d’amour! Beaucoup de petit point négatif qui détériore la qualité de notre séjour : la restauration qui est suffisante, le couchage qui propose de l’inconfort par le système d’éclairage non-accessible ainsi que des menuiseries compliquées à manipuler ainsi qu’un service ménage inexistant alors que dans d’autres Belambra le propose automatiquement. Je ne recommande pas ce club pour passer un séjour au pays basque, passer par Airbnb ou d’autres hôtels. Bon courage !

Cet hôtel est extrêmement bien situé avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Si nous avions quelques reproches à faire : une CLIM serait utile même si dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte en attendant les vagues heurter la plage se fait aussi et pour un séjour de quelques jours un passage dans les chambres serait apprécié ne serait-ce pour vider les poubelles, changer la literie et les serviettes.

Semaine excellente tant sur le site que sur l'accueil du personnel. La restauration sous forme de buffet est adaptée. L'environnement est exceptionnel les falaises d'un côté et la mer de l'autre.. A défaut d'entretien journalier de la chambre la présence d'une éponge et pour le lavage des dents un verre seraient souhaitable Merci encore Belambra

Belle vue, buffets copieux, variés et bons. Chambre ok avec très belle vue mer mais joints de douche à refaire. Personnel sympathique et à l écoute. A l'occasion, nous y reviendrons volontiers. Bon rapport qualité /prix et très bon emplacement.

Le seul bémol est que les couverts ne sont pas toujours très propres. Par contre petit déjeuner et repas très variés et très bons. Le personnel très accueillant et le personnel animation au top. Très bon séjour, on reviendra à Anglet et on testera d'autres Belambra.
