安慶一座非常温暖的城市，入住酒店感受前台的熱情服務舒適的入住體驗，入住了兩天，進出都能聽到招呼聲，房間温馨乾淨，走進大堂一樓有免費的烤紅薯，加熱過的暖心礦泉水，免費的晚安粥，離高鐵站很近，定點有接送服務，門口停車位也很多，空調吹風口有晾衣架，很細緻的把撐衣桿裝在門口後面，採光和性價比很高，得到的不止一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火，這是我對這家酒店的評價。超讚

酒店環境很好，7樓設備很齊全，有免費的健身房。洗衣房，茶吧，圖書館。這個房裡配比這樣的設施性價比很高了，前台服務人員也非常熱情，距離高鐵站很近，打車幾分鐘就到了！很滿意的一次入住體驗，下次來安慶出差必選萬汀！

一家很温馨和舒適的酒店，進入大堂就有酒店招呼聲，大廳寬敞明亮，有咖啡機休息書吧和免費烤紅薯，酒店公區很大是個圓形，對比其他酒店更加特別，房間空調下面有晾衣架和小冰箱，物品擺的精心整齊，一個很好的入住體驗

真的大大的表揚一下這兩天特別行程，萬汀酒店員工給予的貼心服務！從免費的安慶站接泊車開始，非常感謝！大晚上把我從高鐵站接到酒店大廳，非常感動！然後春節期間，需辦理的客人很多，前台為了避免我的等待，直接給我升級了房間。真的服務很好，房間也很好！我果斷續住了一晚！半夜三點我退房，去懷寧參加婚禮，前台還是那麼有條不紊的幫我退房，以及幫我寄存大行李箱！業務非常熟練，且簡潔！非常有禮貌！對安慶印象好上加好！

出行途中住過最差的酒店，不推薦。但是前台的小妹妹服務態度很好，盡心盡力。好評，過年期間辛苦了。
1.酒店的電視訂了兩間房間均有問題，不是沒信號就是無法換台。
2.處理問題速度緩慢，從反饋到修理再到更換房間耗時1小時20分左右。反饋後問大概需要多久回覆衹有馬上過來處理無法給出準確時間。過了20分鐘才有個大爺上來檢修，檢修無果後再次反饋給前台，得到的答覆是 詢問一下上層領導是否能夠更換房間或是升級房型入住.得到的答覆也衹有 馬上馬上儘快 無準確時間答覆。屬實火大。而且酒店的處理方案是給了一張早餐券，請問一下我一個房間兩人入住您給一張是什麼意思？讓我掰開再兩人使用嗎？
3.酒店衞生問題堪憂，入住後發現床單有血跡，不清楚貴店的床單是如何清理以及保潔是如何檢查的？？？
4.酒店房間隔音奇差無比，凌晨一點被門口大姨的交流聲吵醒一次，三點被隔壁交流聲吵醒一次，早晨六點又被隔壁吵醒，貴店的牆和門是紙糊的是嗎？？？
5.開的兩間房其中另外一間居然沐浴露是空的？？？這讓我洗一半如何是好？難道要等沐浴露來了再洗一遍再冷一次嗎？？？
