The hardware is barely five stars, and the service is worse than three stars. It's very abstract. There was no cooling in 26 degree weather. I called and told a bunch of reasons, but there was no solution. The soundproofing is very poor, and I was woken up by the noise from the opposite side early in the morning. Don't come and stay! Don’t stay even if you send it! The hotel is dirty! Poor service! The pillows were full of bugs! First, my husband and I arrived in the early morning and asked the front desk if there were any ground parking spaces? The front desk clerk said: I don’t know, go and see for yourself! This kind of service attitude is fine, it's a small matter, but the most terrifying thing came next: as soon as we opened the door of our room at the front desk, a very strong musty smell hit our noses! At first my husband actually wanted to change rooms, but I said forget it it was so late and let’s not bother. Later we found that this room was getting more and more weird. Normally a five-star hotel should have a small refrigerator, but this one didn’t. What was even more outrageous was that there was a small washing machine in the bathroom, a very old-fashioned one. I have never seen such a thing in a five-star hotel! I really learned a lot! This is nothing, I just think about it and bear with it. I took a shower and got ready for bed, oh my god! There were bugs all over the pillow! (There is video evidence) If you look closely, you can see strange hairs scattered on the bed! It made my scalp tingle instantly! Call the front desk immediately to change rooms! The front desk said they would help me change to an executive room, so my husband and I packed our luggage again and dragged our suitcases to change rooms in the middle of the night! The front desk didn't arrange anyone to help us move our things! This service is really bad! What left me speechless the most was that the so-called executive room we moved to was exactly the same as the room with bugs, except that it had an extra refrigerator and no washing machine! Now thinking back, if I hadn’t discovered the pillow bugs, would they have given birth inside my ears if I had slept like that all night? so! Don't ever stay in this hotel! It will really leave a shadow on you for a long time!
